FUNGSISIDA
1. Pengujian Fungisida terhadap pertumbuhan F. acutatum Secara In Vitro
• Teknik yang dilakukan dalam pengujian yaitu teknik makanan beracun (Food Poisoned
Technique)
a) Perlakuan A : Kontrol
Perlakuan A menggunakan aquades.
b) Perlakuan B : Triazole (200)G/L
Perlakuan B menggunakan fungisida berbahan aktif Triazole sebanyak 200µl fungisida/100ml aquades.
c) Perlakuan C : Azoxystrobin+Difenoconazole (125/200)G/L
Perlakuan C menggunakan fungisida berbahan aktif Azoxystrobin+ Difenoconazole sebanyak 100µl fungisida/100ml
aquades.
d) Perlakuan D : Propineb (70%)W/W
Perlakuan D menggunakan fungisida berbahan aktif Propineb sebanyak 0,8g fungisida/100ml aquades.

HOT WATER TREATMENT
The seed treatment used were: P1 = negative control/ seedlings were dipped in sterile water
and planted in uninoculated soil, P2 = positive control/seedlings were dipped only in sterile
water and planted in soil inoculated with Fusarium sp., P3 = seed treatment by soaking in hot
water with temperature of 45°C for 15 min., P4 = seed at 45°C for 30 min., P5 = seed at 50°C
for 15 min., P6 = seed at 50°C for 30 min., P7 = seed the treatment by soaking in fungicide (1
mL 1 L-1), P8 = seed the treatment by soaking in biological fertilizer (10 mL 2 L -1).
