 Penghitungan Biaya Produksi

Biaya Produksi merupakan Berikut tiga tujuan penentuan biaya

biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan
selama proses produksi untuk
menghasilkan produk atau jasa
tertentu.
produksi adalah:
1. Menetapkan biaya produksi
2. Mengendalikan biaya
3. Membantu pengambilan
keputusan

Tujuan utama penghitungan biaya produksi adalah memaksimalkan keuntungan sebuah

usaha.

Manfaat penghitungan HPP yaitu untuk mengetahui secara

akurat berapa biaya yang dikeluarkan sebuah produk/ jasa
yang dihasilkan.

✘ Biaya Bahan Baku Langsung
✘ BTKL (Biaya Tenaga Kerja Langsung)
✘ Biaya Overhead Pabrik

Secara umum biaya produksi dapat dibedakan menjadi lima jenis yaitu

Biaya tetap atau fixed cost adalah biaya yang dikeluarkan sebuah usaha untuk periode tertentu dengan jumlah yang tetap
dan tidak tergantung pada hasil produksi.

Biaya variabel atau variable cost merupakan biaya yang besarannya dapat berubah-ubah sesuai dengan hasil produksi.

Biaya total atau total cost merupakan penjumlahan seluruh biaya tetap dan biaya variabel yang digunakan oleh perusahaan
untuk menghasilkan barang dalam satu periode tertentu .

Biaya rata-rata atau average cost merupakan besarnya biaya produksi per unit yang dihasilkan.

Biaya Marginal atau marginal cost merupakan biaya tambahan yang dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan 1 unit barang jadi.
