Judul Artikel Rancang Bangun program Pengontrolan Kualitas Produksi dalam pembuatan obat di
perusahaan farmasi PT. Capsul Gel dengan metode CPOB dan kalibrasi

Latar Belakang PT. Capsulgell yang ada di PIER Pasuruan merupakan suatu perusahaan Manufaktur yang
bergerak di bidang Farmasi. Dalam rangka menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu Obat yang
diproduksi, maka diusahakan suatu sistem kontrol terhadap kualitas produksi

Permasalahan Dalam rangka menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu Obat yang diproduksi, maka diusahakan suatu
sistem kontrol terhadap kualitas produksi.

Tujuan Kontrol kualitas produksi yang baik pastilah dapat menjamin mutu dan khasiat obat yang
diproduksi. Oleh sebab itulah perlu dirancang suatu sistem pengontrolan kualitas produksi
yang benar-benar akurat, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Kalibasi dan Cara Pembuatan
Obat yang Baik dan Benar.

Metode Oleh sebab itulah perlu dirancang suatu sistem pengontrolan kualitas produksi yang benar-
benar akurat, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Kalibasi dan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang
Baik dan Benar.Sistem ini meliputi kontrol kualitas bahan awal yang diterima dari Suplier,
kontrol kualitas Obat yang diproduksi dan laporan pendukung. Pembuatan sistem informasi
kontrol kualitas produksi ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Visual Basic untuk
desain tampilan antar-muka sistem dan penulisan listing programnya, serta Microsoft Access
untuk pengolahan basis data (data base).

Hasil Perancangan Sistem Pengontrolan Kualitas Produksi dalam Pembuatan Obat dengan Metode
Kalibrasi di PT. Capsulgell ini diharapkan dapat menyajikan informasi secara cepat, tepat, dan
akurat kepada Quality Assurance, sehingga dapat memperlancar dalam penyelesaian tugas-
tugas dari bagian Bussines Local Section.

Latar Belakang PT. Sanbe Farma telah berdiri sejak tahun 1975. PT. Sanbe Farma Unit III (Central Warehouse
Plant) divisi Visual Sorting merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan
dan produksi obat (infus). Proses produksi obat adalah seluruh tahapan kegiatan dalam
menghasilkan obat, yang meliputi pengadaan bahan awal dan bahan pengemas, produksi,
pengemasan, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu sampai diperoleh obat untuk
didistribusikan.

Permasalahan Informasi proses produksi belum terintegrasi dengan baik anatara bagian satu dengan bagian
yang lain maka peluang terjadinya kesalahan akan sering kali terjadi.

Tujuan Umtuk membuat perancangan system informasi obat pada PT.Sanbe Farmasi unit III dan
untuk mempermudah system kerja bagi pengguna {admin} dalam proses penerimaan dan

melakukan perhitungan terhadap peningkatan dalam memenuhi pengiriman Obat Infus.

Latar Belakang PT Fiva a Medika Farma adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distribusi obat.
Sistem distribusi obat pada PT. Fiva Medika Farma dengan metode DRP dengan bahasa
pemrograman PHP dan database MYSQL diharapkan dapat melakukan pengolahan data
persediaan dengan cepat dan akurat

Permasalahan PT Viva Medika Farma perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distribusi obat titik di dalam
melakukan penyimpanan dan pengendalian data masih secara manual sehingga kemungkinan
banyak kesalahan dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama sehingga masih terdapat kekeliruan
dan tidak akurat

Tujuan Untuk memonitoring stok persediaan pengolahan data tidak dilakukan secara manual serta
melakukan penyimpanan data agar lebih efisien, dengan menambahkan satu metode
persediaan, yaitu: distribution requirement planning (DRP)

Metode Metode pengembangan sistem yaitu dengan metode development life cycle (SDLC) dan
metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP)

Hasil Didapat sebuah sistem informasi pendistribusian obat. Sistem informasi ini berguna untuk
memudahkan para pegawai admin untuk menginput dan mengelola data dengan lebih efisien.
Sistem informasi ini terdiri dari menu utama yang terdiri dari Master, transaksi, laporan, log
out. Pada aplikasi distribusi obat terdiri dari obat kategori Produsen konsumen, supplier, ubah
password, data user, perhitungan drp, perhitungan pemesanan, pendistribusian obat, lap stok,
lap master dan logout
