memilih alternatif yang lebih
cost-minimize antara ramipril-
spironolakton dengan valsartan
pada pengobatan gagal jantung
kongestif di RS Pemerintah XY
tahun 2014.

penurunan tekanan darah
diastolik setelah pemberian obat,
hari tercapainya target tekanan
darah (<140/90 mmHg) dan
persen pasien dengan tekanan
darah terkontrol setelah
pemberian obat.

sedangkan ramipril-spironolakton
dimana obat valsartan memberikan
sejumlah Rp.2.527.743
nilai terbaik dari nilai rupiah yang
terendah dan menjadi pilihan yang
lebih cost-minimize dibandingkan
obat ramipril-spironolakton.
