Pengertian anggaran penjualan
Menurut M. Munandar (2001) pengertian anggaran penjualan
adalah anggaran yang merencanakan secara lebih terperinci tentang
penjualan perusahaan selama periode yang akan datang, yang di
dalamnya meliputi rencana tentang jenis (kualitas), jumlah (kuantitas)
harga barang yang akan dijual, waktu penjualan serta tempat (daerah)
penjualannya.
Sedangkan menurut Moekijat (2000), Anggaran penjualan adalah
suatu perkiraan yang layak tentang volume penjualan yang diharapkan.
Berdasarkan dua definisi di atas, penulis memberikan kesimpulan
bahwa pada dasarnya anggaran itu merupakan sebuah rencana yang
dinyatakan dalam bentuk kuantitatif pada periode tertenut yang
biasanya dinyatakan dalam periode tahun.
 Tujuan dan kegunaan
anggaran penjualan
Tujuan paling utama dalam menyusun
anggaran penjualan adalah agar bisa
merencanakan anggaran secara tepat pada periode
yang akan datang.
Sedangkan kegunaan dari anggaran penjualan
adalah sebagai pedoman kerja, alat koordinasi dan
pengawasan kerja serta sebagai dasar bagi
penyusunan budget-budget lainnya.

 Metode Peramalan Penjualan
Metode peramalan penjualan yang dapat digunakan dalarn perusahaan
adalah banyak sekali seperti metode komposisi tenaga penjual, metode opini
para eksekutif, metode statistika peramalan penjualan. Dengan mempergunakan
metode kuadrat terkecil ini, perusahaan akan dapat melakukan perhitungan
peramalan penjualan produk perusahaan melalui dua macam bentuk yaitu ;
1. bentuk linier atau garis lurus
2. bentuk kuadrat atau garis lurus
3. bentuk kuadrat atau garis lengkung.

Y = a + bx untuk trend garis lurus, serta

Y = A + bx + cx² untuk trend garis lengkung
Keterangan :
• Y = Variable yang akan diramalkan, dalam hal ini adalah peramalan penjualan produk
perusahaan.
• a = Konstanta yang akan menunjukan besarnya harga Y apabila X sama dengan 0 (nol)
• b = Variabel per X” yaitu menunjukkan besarnya nilai Y dan setiap perubahan satu unit
x.
• x= unit waktu, yang dapat dinyatakan dengan minggu, bulan, semester, tahun dan
lainnya tergantung kepada keseusian dari perusahaan itu sendiri.
Untuk mencari besarnya nilai a, b, dan c maka dapat dilakukan dengan mempergunakan
rumus-rumus sebagai berikut:
• a = ∑Y/n dan b = ∑∑Y/∑X 2 dengan syarat ∑X = 0 untuk trend garis lurus, dan,
• ∑Y = na + c∑X 2
• ∑XY = b∑X 2
• ∑X2Y = a∑V 2 + c∑X 4
dengan syarat ∑X = 0 dimana n adalah sama dengan jumlah data.
 B. Penyusunan Anggaran Produksi

1. Pengertian Anggaran Produksi

● Pengertian Anggaran Produksi menurut R.A Supriyono (2000) anggaran produksi adalah
anggaran yang dinyatakan didalam satuan fisik produk yang akan dihasilkan pada periode
anggaran yaitu sebesar kuantitas penjualan yang dianggarkan disesuaikan (diadjust) dengan
perubahan kuantitas persediaan awal dan akhir periode yang dianggarkan.

● Pengertian Anggaran Produksi menurut Any Agus Kana ( 2003) anggaran produksi adalah
penjabaran rencana penjualan menjadi rencana produksi yang meliputi perencanaan tentang
volume produksi, kebutuhan, persediaan, bahan baku, tenagakerja langsung, dan kapasitas
pabrik atau perencanaan volume barang yang harus diproduksi perusahaan agar sesuai
dengan volume penjualan yang telah dianggarkan.

Anggaran produksi = Anggaran Penjualan + Persediaan Akhir – Persediaan Awal
 Tujuan Anggaran produksi
• Guna mencapai tingkat keuntungan khusus, seperti berapa hasil yang
diproduksi agar bisa diperoleh tingkat keuntungan dengan menggunakan
persentase tertentu dari keuntungan setahun pada penjualan yang saat itu
diinginkan.
• Agar bisa menguasai pasar tertentu, sehingga hasil perusahaan ini tetap
mempunyai pangsa pasar tertentu.
• Agar perusahaan pabrik ini bisa bekerja pada tingkatan efisiensi tertentu
• Agar bisa mempertahankan dan juga mengusahakan supaya pekerjaan dan
juga kesempatan kerja yang sudah tersedia bisa semakin berkembang lagi.
 Faktor-factor yang mempengaruhi
Anggaran Produksi
Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mampu mempengaruhi pembuatan anggaran
produksi, yaitu :
• Rencana penjualan yang saudah tercatat di dalam anggaran penjualan
• Kapasitas dan berbagai alat pabrik yang tersedia
• Tenaga kerja
• Bahan Baku
• Modal kerja dalam menjalankan proses produksi
 Cara Menghitung Anggaran Produksi
Dasar penyusunan anggaran produksi adalah anggaran penjualan.
Berapa banyak perusahaan dapat menjual secara langsung tergantung
pada berapa banyak yang dihasilkannya. Juga, jumlah persediaan
diawal dan persediaan yang ingin disimpan perusahaan pada akhir
siklus produksi menentukan production budget. Oleh karena itu, dalam
bentuk persamaan sederhanya sebagai berikut :
Anggaran Produksi = Anggaran / perkiraan penjualan +
persediaan akhir – persediaan awal
 Langkah-langkah Penyusunan Anggaran
Produksi
Langkah-langkah penyusunan anggaran produksi di bedakan menjadi 2 tahap
yaitu sebagai berikut :
• Tahap Perencanaan
• Tahap pelakasanaan
 Contoh Kasus
Misalkan sebuah bisnis meramalkan penjualan tahunan 1.825 unit dan
membuat asumsi bahwa persediaan akhir harus setara dengan penjualan 60 hari.
Berdasarkan nilai tersebut perhitungan tingkat persediaan akhir adalah
sebagai berikut:
Persediaan akhir = Hari persediaan x Unit penjualan / 365
Persediaan akhir = 60 x 1.825/365 = 300 unit
Bisnis ini membutuhkan persediaan akhir sebanyak 300 unit.
Dengan asumsi bisnis tidak memiliki persediaan awal, production
budget sekarang dapat dihitung menggunakan rumus perencanaan produksi.
Anggaran produksi = Unit penjualan + Persediaan akhir – Persediaan awal
Anggaran produksi = 1.825 + 300 – 0 = 2.125
Jadi dimulai dengan nol unit, bisnis harus memproduksi 2.125 unit dimana
1.825 terjual, dan 300 tetap dalam persediaan pada akhir tahun.
