1. Presensi. Mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk menghadiri kelas yang terjadwal sesuai dengan ketentuan
Program Magister Manajemen, Pascasarjana UNP
2. Partisipasi kelas. Mahasiswa diharapkan untuk memberikan kontribusi secara aktif dalam diskusi
kelas. Semua mahasiswa bertanggungjawab untuk menciptakan dinamika kelas. Ini berarti bahwa
sangatlah penting untuk mahasiswa datang ke kelas dalam keadaan siap untuk berpartisipasi
dengan membaca dan memikirkan materi bacaan yang telah dijadwalkan.
3. Tugas . Mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk membuat 1 makalah telaah kritis (critical review).
Mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk membuat 1 makalah secara individual yang merupakan pembahasan
kritis terhadap materi MSDMsetiap minggu. Panjang makalah maksimal 5 hal, spasi 1.5,
Penyerahan makalah telaah kritis saat perkuliahan.
