Informasi Kursus:
Uraian Kursus PLC: In House Trainning PLC Ini diperuntukkan bagi peserta yang
memiliki sedikit pengetahuan mengenai system PLC. Peserta
akan belajar dan memahami dasar pemrograman PLC S7 200
Ladder Logic, mampu mendalami/menganalisa potensi masalah
yang terjadi (terkait function sequence program; Hardware (I/O
Devices) & Software fault), belajar untuk melakukan prosedur-
prosedur umum seperti Membuat Program Project PLC;
Memodifikasi sequence program; meng-edit program,
forcing/Manipulasi data, Acknowledge Fault, monitoring nilai
digital dan analog(Status Chart), Upload maupun download
program(With Edit In RUN), simulasi PLC Project, I/O Mapping ke
devices DI/DO, AI/AO. Peserta juga akan belajar bagaimana
Interkoneksi PLC system dengan Device lainnya seperti HMI,
Inverter, I/O devices dan bagaimana effektifitasnya, hingga
Troubleshootings masalah Logic system PLC ke sisi devicenya;
Trace back Alarm fault di HMI, monitoring address fault di sisi
sequence logic status Online, serta solusi penyelesaiannya,
Dokumentasi/Preventif maintenance Konfigurasi PLC-HMI dan
devices penunjangnya, kemudian peserta di ajak Membuat
Button Fungsi-fungsi dasar graphic/screen Diskrit maupun analog
value (HMI Development), dan fungsi-fungsi operasional di HMI
lainnya.
