ABSTRAK
World Health Organization (WHO, 2001), menyatakan bahwa kesehatan mental merupakan kondisi
dari kesejahteraan yang disadari individu, yang di dalamnya terdapat kemampuan-kemampuan untuk mengelola
stres kehidupan yang wajar, untuk bekerja secara produktif dan menghasilkan, serta berperan serta di
komunitasnya. Jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kesehatan mental adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting
dalam menciptakan kehidupan yang sehat secara menyeluruh. Namun saat ini beberapa orang masih belum
menyadari pentingnyamenjagakesehatan mental, apalagi di era pandemi Covid-19 seperti ini. Masalah-masalah
yang ditimbulkan dari pandemi ini juga sangat banyak yang dapat memicu terganggunya mental seseorang,
salah satunya adalah gangguan mental pelajar. Menjaga kesehatan mental pelajar di masa pandemi Covid-19
sangatlah penting untuk menunjang produktivitas dan kualitas kesehatan fisik.
ABSTRACT
The World Health Organization (WHO, 2001), states that mental health is a state of well-being that is
realized by individuals, in which there are abilities to manage normal stresses of life, to work productively and
productively, and to participate in their communities. So it can be concluded that mental health is a very
important thing in creating a healthy life as a whole. However, at this time some people still do not realize the
importance of maintaining mental health, especially in this era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The problems caused
by this pandemic are also very many that can trigger a person's mental disorders, one of which is students
mental disorders. Maintaining the mental health of students during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important to
support productivity and the quality of physical health.
METODE PENELITIAN

Hasil penelitian dengan survey
menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden adalah
mahasiswa, dengan jumlah 36 responden
mahasiswa, 2
responden SMA/SMK,
KESIMPULAN
Banyak pelajar mengalami gangguan
kesehatan mental di masa pandemic Covid 19,
khususnya mengalami stress karena beban
akademik. Menjaga kesehatan mental pelajar di
masa pandemi Covid-19 sangatlah penting untuk
menunjang produktivitas dan kualitas kesehatan
fisik. Banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan agar tetap
produktif di masa pandemi dan menghilangkan rasa
kecemasan, stress, dan jenuh supaya bisa
membiasakan diri dengan kondisi pandemi saat ini.
