Kewenangan klinis diberikan untuk memberikan pelayanan pengelolaan bidang Orthopedi dan
Traumatologi (PABOI) di Rumah Sakit Umum St. Elisabeth berdasarkan pada pelayanan yang dibutuhkan
pasien.
