make the time to be active and make healthy food choices. Some
people may think you’re a bit too restrictive, but you know your body

on special occasions. There’s no shame in your health game.

21–27: You’re MODERATELY HEALTHY.


You may watch what you eat, but you also prefer to lounge around all
day. Being dormant is not good for your muscles, so it’s time to get serious and hit the
gym. Make a playlist and toss those excuses out the window because your lifestyle
needs a healthier adjustment. Focus on the bigger picture regarding your fitness and
