PENDAHULUAN
Salah satu aspek dari pelayanan farmasi klinik di rumah sakit ialah
Pelayanan informasi obat (PIO) yang merupakan kegiatan pelayanan yang
dilakukan oleh apoteker untuk memberikan informasi secara akurat, jelas, dan
terkini kepada dokter, apoteker, perawat, profesi Kesehatan lainnya dan pasien.
Yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan informasi mengenai obat kepada tenaga
kesehatan lain di lingkungan Puskesmas, pasien dan masyarakat.
