Mengatur tata cara melakukan pekerjaan yang aman dan benar. Metode ini digunakan untuk keperluan
pekerjaan Civil di lingkungan PT. Citra Karsa Dinamika Project PT Essence Indonesia. Terutama untuk
pekerjaan galian dan timbunan. // Method for doing work safety and proper. This Method using for CIVIL

backfill.

5.1 Larangan // Prohibition:

5.2 Anjuran // Suggestion:
- Pastikan area, peralatan dan material dalam keadaan siap dan aman untuk dikerjakan // Ensure

8. PROSEDUR PEKERJAAN GALIAN // EXCAVATOR WORK PROCEDURE

8.1 Diperlukan kegiatan persiapan & Prapekerjaan // Require preparation work
- Dokumen kerja // Work Document: Gambar kerja, Metode kerja, Analisa keselamatan kerja. //
Shop Drawing, Method statement, Job safety analysis.
- Penentuan tahapan pekerjaan // Decision excavation sequence.
- Pengarahan dengan setiap pihak terkait, supaya setiap pihak memiliki pemahaman yang sama. //
Briefing with others related, so that all have same perception.
- melakukan blockade area kerja. // As well as blocking the work area.

Pekerjaan Galian. // Work excavation.

- Pertama yang dilakukan adalah menentukan levelling elevei 0.00, lalu menentukan titik patok dan
membuat bowplank. kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan patok Area kerja dipasang garis
aman. Pekerja menggunakan APD, semua alat dalam kondisi baik dan mengikuti briefing pagi
untuk mendapatkan pengarahan. // The first thing to do is determine the leveling elevation of 0.00,

- Pada pekerjaan galian di laksanakan setelah pemasangan patok batas galian // Excavation work is
carried out after the installation of excavation boundary stakes.
- Sebelum melakukan penggalian harus di pastikan area yang akan di gali sudah tidak ada instalasi
elektical (kabel) yang di lakukan oleh kontraktor elektrikal. // Before carrying out excavations, it

by electrical contractors
- Galian di mulai dari bagian atas, dilakukan bertahap dengan kedalaman sesuai gambar serta di
cek oleh surveryor. // Excavation starts from the top, is carried out in stages with the deep

- Untuk pelaksanaan pengerjaan penggalian memakai 2 opsi yaitu penggalian dengan cara manual
menggunakan alat bantu cangkul dll, opsi kedua dengan memakai excavator pc 75 agar
mempermudah dan mempercepat penggalian. // For carrying out excavation work, use 2 options,
namely manual excavation using a hoe etc., the second option is using a PC 75 excavator to make
excavation easier and faster.
- Untuk scope penggalian dimulai secara bertahap dari B9.01 KE B9.02 setelah penggalian,
pemasangan besi&bekisting dan dilakukan pengecoran untuk tahap ini apabila pekerjaan ini telah
selesai dilanjut, lakukan pekerjaan penggalian seperti diatas. // For the scope of excavation

Pekerjaan Timbunan/Urugan // Work excavation.

- Pengurugan memakai 2 opsi untuk pekerjaan yaitu manual dan alat bantu exca pc 75. Untuk
tahapan pengurugan yang diawali dengan membersihkan area yang hendak diurug dari berbagai
sampah. Setelah itu, pasanglah batasan-batasan dan patok. Kemudian tarik benang dari patok ke
patok. Tujuan pemasangan benang ini adalah untuk mendapatkan permukaan tanah yang rata
sesuai dengan ketinggian yang diharapkan. Jika sudah, barulah pengurugan tanah bisa dimulai.
Sebaiknya lakukan pengurugan tanah lapis demi lapis, misalnya saja masing-masing lapis
setinggi 40cm. Pada setiap lapisan tersebut, lakukan pemadatan sebelum ditambahkan dengan
material urug untuk lapisan berikutnya. Untuk mendapatkan hasil pemadatan yang maksimal,
gunakan alat bantu yang dirancang khusus untuk pemadatan seperti stamper dan alat bantu sejenis
lainnya. Lakukan secara berulang tahap diatas. // Backfill uses 2 options for work, namely manual

9.1 Prioritas pertama dalam pekerjan ini adalah keselamatan. Lakukan pekerjaan dengan berhati-

9.2 Prioritas utama kedua adalah tepat biaya, tepat mutu dan tepat waktu. Lakukan pekerjaan sesuai
