Ingredients:
• 1 black banana (make it sure that the banana is sweet)
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 egg
• table spoons of flour
• pinch of salt
• water
• vegetable oil
Steps / Instructions:
1. Place the flour in a deep bowl and make a well in the middle of the flour
2. Add the egg, sugar and salt. Add water then whisk vigorously until a smooth batter
for coating evenly and not too thin. If too thin, add flour.
3. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise.
4. Dip into batter to coat generously.
5. Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot enough.
6. Place the coated bananas in frying pan and fry gently until it changes into golden
