Tadulako. Judul Penelitian “Efisiensi Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Kecamatan
Tiloan Kabupaten Buol Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah”. Komisi Pembimbing :

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Efisiensi Teknis, Efisiensi Harga dan
Efisiensi Ekonomi dengan melihat pada Fungsi Produksi Usahatani Padi Sawah
dan berdampak terhadap Pendapatan Usahatani Padi Sawah di Kecamatan Tiloan
Kabupaten Buol. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah adalah Kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini
diperoleh dari para petani padi di Kecamatan Tiloan Kabupaten Buol. Teknik
pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan stochastic
frontier dengan metode estimasi Maximum Likehoode Estimate (MLE). Hasil
analisis yang di ukur dari segi Alokasi Penggunaan Faktor Produksi menunjukan
bahwa penggunaan faktor produksi luas lahan, pupuk urea, tenaga kerja dalam
keluarga, dan pestisida secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap faktor
produksi sedangkan faktor produksi bibit, pupuk ponska, dan tenaga kerja luar
keluarga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap faktor produksi. Hasil analisis
yang di ukur dari segi Karakteristik Sosial Ekonomi Petani menunjukan bahwa
Pengalaman, biaya dan penyuluhan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap faktor
produksi sedangkan umur, pendidikan dan jumlah tanggungan tidak berpengaruh
secara signifikan terhadap faktor produksi. Fungsi Produksi yang di ukur dari segi
Alokasi Penggunaan Faktor Produksi dan segi Karakteristik Sosial Ekonomi
Petani berpengaruh secara simlutan. Secara efisiensi teknis sudah efisien namun
masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Sedangkan efisiensi harga dan efisiensi ekonomi
belum efisien. Peran kelembagaan dinilai berdasarkan indikator menunjukan hasil
yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan keberhasilan usahatani.
Secara pendapatan usahatani sudah baik di dukung oleh faktor produksi dan
peranan Lembaga usahatani.

This study aims to analyze Technical Efficiency, Price Efficiency and Economic
Efficiency by looking at the Production Function of Lowland Rice Farming and
the impact on Income of Lowland Rice Farming in Tiloan District, Buol Regency.
This type of research is Quantitative. The research data were obtained from rice
farmers in Tiloan District, Buol Regency. Hypothesis testing technique using
multiple regression analysis andstochastic frontier  with the estimation method
Maximum Likehoode Estimate (MLE). The results of the analysis measured in
terms of the Allocation of the Use of Production Factors show that the use of the
production factors of land area, urea fertilizer, family labor, and pesticides
partially have a significant effect on production factors while the production
factors of seeds, ponska fertilizer, and labor outside the family are partially partial
does not affect the factors of production. The results of the analysis measured in
terms of Farmers' Socio-Economic Characteristics show that experience, costs and
counseling partially affect production factors while age, education and number of
dependents do not significantly influence production factors. The production
function is measured in terms of the Allocation of the Use of Factors of
Production and in terms of the Socio-Economic Characteristics of Farmers, which
influence simultaneously. In terms of technical efficiency, it is efficient but still
needs to be improved. While price efficiency and economic efficiency are not yet
efficient. The role of institutions is assessed based on indicators showing good
results so as to increase income and farming success. In terms of farm income, it
is well supported by production factors and the role of farming institutions.
