• Speroni, et al (2011) pada studi tentang efek program hidup sehat perawat
dengan Body Mass Index, menyimpulkan bahwa program tersebut efektif
dalam mendukung kesehatan perawat, namun program tersebut harus
tetap dijalankan untuk mempertahankan pengaruh positif
Health Risk Appraisal(HRA) oleh “ANA”
Tahun 2013-2016 • 68% mengutamakan kesehatan dan
American Nurses keselamatan pasien diatas dirinya
Association’s • 82% mengatakan mereka berada di tingkat
(ANA) melakukan risiko stress yang bermakna di tempat kerja
Penilaian Risiko • 51% melaporkan mengalami nyeri
Kesehatan musculoskeletal akibat kerja
(Health Risk • 50% menyatakan telah di-bully dengan

• 56-57% menyatakan harus datang lebih awal,
pulang terlambat dan melewati masa istirahat
untuk menyelesaikan tugas
• 25% pernah diserang secara fisik oleh pasien/
keluarganya di tempat kerja
• BMI rata-rata mencapai 27,6 (Overweight)

Kegiatan Kampanye Tahun 2017-2021
• Dicanangkan sejak Mei 2017
• Bertujuan untuk mengubah derajat Kesehatan bangsa
melalui peningkatan derajat Kesehatan perawat.
• Merupakan program Kesehatan gratis bagi perawat, yang
berfokus pada lima domain: aktivitas fisik, istirahat, nutrisi,
kualitas hidup, dan keamanan.
• Melalui platform online dan media sosial dengan aktivitas:
tantangan, survei kesehatan, papan diskusi, kontes, blog,
sumber daya, dll untuk mencapai pola hidup sehat bagi
anggota.

KESIMPULAN
• Self-care adalah proses seumur hidup. Jika kita adalah
pembelajar dewasa yang menyeimbangkan karir
keperawatan dan kehidupan rumah, maka kita mungkin
sudah cukup baik dalam melaksanakannya. Bila BELUM,
inilah saat untuk memulainya.
• Perawat Manajer berperan besar dalam menciptakan
tempat kerja yang aman, sehat dan ramah perawat.
• Perawat yang sehat akan menjaga kesehatan,
keselamatan, dan kesejahteraan pribadi mereka serta
menjalani kehidupan dengan kapasitas maksimal.
