Dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

Under the following conditions:

1. Penyewa/kontraktor harus menaati peraturan kerja yang tercantum dalam peraturan Deposit Fit out, Renovasi & House Keeping.
Tenant/ Contractor should be obeying working regulations as mentioned in the Deposit Fit-out & Renovation Guideline.
2. Sebelum memulai pekerjaan, penyewa/kontraktor harus melapor terlebih dahulu ke Security POS 1 Plaza Indonesia dengan membawa SIKA ini untuk pendataan
nama dan jumlah personil pelaksana pekerjaan.
Before the work execution, tenant/contractor should report to Security POS 1 Plaza Indonesia with the working permit to record name & number of workers.
3. Pengangkutan keluar/masuk barang/material hanya dapat dilakukan melalui lift barang sesuai dengan waktu di atas.
Good delivers/collection can only be done using the services Elevator as time mentioned above.
4. Memberikan alas pada barang – barang yang diangkut untuk mencegah kerusakan pada lantai gedung.
Proper protection is to be provided for the carriage of all materials, to prevent any damage to building floor.
5. Segala kerusakan yang ditimbulkan akibat kebocoran penyewa/kontaktor menjadi tanggung jawab yang bersangkutan.
The cost of any damage to the building, facilities or equipment of Plaza Inodonesia resulting from goods deliveries / collection will be charged.
6. Semua sampah dan puing harus dibuang keluar Plaza Indonesia oleh pihak penyewa/kontraktor.
The disposal of rubbish and building debris is the responsibility of tenant / contractor.

Kondisi Khusus :
Special Conditions:

1. Kontraktor dapat diijinkan bekerja di luar jam kerja tersebut diatas dengan syarat tidak melalukan pekerjaan yang mengakibatkan debu, suara bising, asap/percikan
api (pengelasan dll). Pengecatan duco di dalam unit tidak diijinkan.
Contractors are permited to undertake works, Out of the time, mentioned above with conditional that the work does not cause any disturbance to the public or to
Plaza Indonesia operations such as: excessive noise, dust, smoke of flashes (such as welding) and strong smells (such painting). Duco painting inside the store unit
cannot be allowed.
2. Pekerjaan seperti pengelasan, penyemprotan duco dan pekerjaan sprinkler hanya dapat dilakukan setelah ijin khusus diberikan oleh bagian Retail Fit-Out
Department Plaza Indonesia.
Works such as welding, duco spraying and sprinkler’s modification will allowed with special permit from Retail Fit-out Departement of Plaza Indonesia.
