A. TANGGUNG JAWAB KEPADA SISWA

A.1. Mendukung konselor Pengembangan Siswa Sekolah:
Kewajiban utama kepada siswa, yang harus diperlakukan dengan martabat dan rasa
hormat. Bertujuan untuk memberikan konseling kepada siswa dalam konteks singkat dan
mendukung siswa dan akui peran penting keluarga / wali. Juga Memperhatikan kebutuhan
akademik, karir, dan sosial / emosional siswa dan mendorong setiap perkembangan maksimum
siswa. Juga dengan memiliki pengetahuan tentang hukum, peraturan dan kebijakan yang
mempengaruhi siswa dan keluarga dan berusaha untuk melindungi dan memberi tahu siswa dan
keluarga tentang hak-hak mereka.

A.2. Kerahasiaan Konselor sekolah:

Promosikan kesadaran standar etika konselor sekolah dan mandat hukum mengenai
kerahasiaan dan alasan serta prosedur yang sesuai untuk pengungkapan data dan informasi siswa
kepada staf sekolah. Beri tahu para siswa tentang tujuan, sasaran, teknik, dan aturan prosedur di
mana mereka dapat menerima konseling. Jelaskan batasan kerahasiaan dalam istilah yang sesuai
dengan perkembangan melalui beberapa metode seperti buku pegangan siswa, situs web
departemen konselor sekolah, brosur penyuluhan sekolah, kurikulum kelas dan atau
pemberitahuan lisan kepada siswa perorangan.

Jadi uraian diatas adalah landasan bagi konselor sekolah agar tetap menjalankan
kewajibannya dengan benar dan tidak melenceng dari tanggung jawab kepada siswa. Setiap
konselor itu memiliki tanggung jawab dan kewajiban atas siswanya.

A. RESPONSIBILITIES TO STUDENTS

A.1. Supporting School Student Development counselors:

the family / guardian. Also pay attention to the academic, career, and social / emotional needs
of students and encourage each student's maximum development. Also by having knowledge of
laws, regulations and policies that affect students and families and strive to protect and inform
students and families about their rights.

A.2. School Counselor Confidentiality:

Promote awareness of school counselor ethical standards and legal mandates
regarding confidentiality and the reasons and procedures appropriate for disclosing student data
and information to school staff. Tell students about goals, objectives, techniques, and procedure
rules for which they can receive counseling. Explain the limits of confidentiality in terms that are
relevant to developments through several methods such as student handbooks, school
counselor department websites, school counseling brochures, classroom curricula and or oral
notices to individual students.

So the description above is the foundation for school counselors to continue to carry out their
obligations properly and not deviate from the responsibilities to students. Each counselor has
responsibilities and obligations for his students.
