hingga 40% dari kasus infertilitas pada Wanita

PENDAHULUAN Serum Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) dan antral

follicle count (AFC) tampaknya merupakan prediktor
yang paling handal dalam menilai penuaan ovarium
dan keduanya setara dalam hal akurasi untuk prediksi
respons ovarium tetapi tidak ada tes yang saat ini
digunakan untuk menilai cadangan ovarium dapat
dengan tepat memprediksi keberhasilan kehamilan

 Indikasi Pemeriksaan AMH sesuai ASRM 2015:
1. Pasien yang berusia lebih dari 35 tahun
2. Mempunyai riwayat keluarga dengan menopause dini
3. Hanya mempunyai 1 ovarium atau memiliki riwayat
operasi ovarium, kemoterapi, atau radiasi pelvis
4. Infertilitas yang tidak terjelaskan (unexplained
infertility)
5. Menunjukkan respon yang buruk pada stimulasi
dengan gonadotropin
6. Merencanakan untuk mengikuti terapi pada teknologi
reproduksi berbantu

REKOMENDASI ESHRE 2019

• Berdasarkan bukti-bukti yang ada, baik AFC maupun AMH menunjukkan akurasi yang tinggi
dalam memprediksi respon yang tinggi dan rendah.
• Akurasi dari pemeriksaan lain seperti FSH basal dan inhibin B bersifat moderat.
• Estradiol basal, usia dan indeks massa tubuh bukan merupakan prediktor yang baik
terhadap respon ovarium pada hiperstimulasi.

•Aplikasi klinis pemeriksaan serum Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) dan antral follicle count
(AFC) terutama dalam menentukan dosis awal pemberian FSH pada stimulasi ovarium
terkontrol
•Kriteria POSEIDON menyatakan golongan expected poor ovarian responders adalah
golongan dengan konsentrasi serum Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) < 1,2 ng/mL dan antral
follicle count (AFC) < 5
