Nyeri akut merupakan respon normal fifiologis yang terjadi akibat suatu stimulus kuat
kimiawi, termal atau mekanik yang terkait dengan pembedahan, trauma atau penyakit akut.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan lansia gastritis dengan
nyeri akut.. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus melibatkan 2 responden lansia gastritis
dengan nyeri akut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Asuh Anak Lansia Griya Asih Lawang
selama 2 minggu pada bulan Juli pada tanggal 12 Juni 2023 sampai 22 Juni 2023 dengan
responden lansia gastritis dengan nyeri akut.Hasil dari asuhan keperawatan ini ditandai dengan
tanda dan gejala nyeri akut yang ditunjukkan dengan klien 1 mengeluh nyeri di ulu hati, nyeri
ketikaberaktivitas dan skala nyeri 4, sedangkanklien 2 mengeluh nyeri pada ulu hati, nyeri
bertambah ketika beraktivitas, dan skala nyeri 5,setelah dilakukan implementasi pada klien 1
dan 2 yaitu berupa penyuluhan atau edukasi kesehatan mengenai gastritis dan melakukan
kompres hangat untuk meredakan rasa nyeri .Kesimpulan dari studi kasus yaitu asuhan
keperawatan lansia gastritis dengan nyeri akut menunjukkan hasil adanya kenaikan sesuai
dengan kriteria yang diharapkan dengan diberikannya edukasi kesehatan. Dengan demikian
intervensi ini dapat diaplikasikan dan diterapkan pada lansia gastritis dengan nyeri akut. Hal ini
dapat dilihat dari hasil evaluasi dengan tercapainya target yang ditentukan yaitu ada kenaikan
skore dari sebelumnya.

Acute pain is a normal physiological response that occurs as a result of a strong

chemical, thermal or mechanical stimulus associated with surgery, trauma or acute illness. The
aim of this research is to provide nursing care for elderly people with gastritis with acute pain.
The method used is a case study involving 2 elderly respondents with gastritis with acute pain.
This research was conducted at the Griya Asih Lawang Nursing Home for Elderly Children for 2
weeks in July from 12 June 2023 to 22 June 2023 with elderly gastritis respondents with acute
pain. The results of this nursing care were characterized by signs and symptoms of acute pain
shown by the client. 1 complained of pain in the pit of the stomach, pain when doing activities
and a pain scale of 4, while client 2 complained of pain in the pit of the stomach, pain increased
with activity, and a pain scale of 5, after implementation for clients 1 and 2, namely in the form
of counseling or health education regarding gastritis and carrying out Warm compresses to
relieve pain. The conclusion of the case study is that nursing care for elderly people with
gastritis with acute pain shows that there is an increase in results according to the expected
criteria with the provision of health education. Thus, this intervention can be applied and
applied to elderly gastritis with acute pain. This can be seen from the evaluation results with the
achievement of the specified targets, namely an increase in scores from before.
