 Pngenalan Materi projek P3 (Profil pelajar Pancasila)
Pelajar Indonesia merupakan pelajar sepanjang hayat yang kompeten, berkarakter, dan berperilaku
sesuai nilai nilai Pancasila.” Projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila merupakan salah satu sarana
pencapaian profil pelajar Pancasila, memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk “mengalami
pengetahuan” sebagai proses penguatan karakter sekaligus kesempatan untuk belajar dari lingkungan
sekitarnya. adapun dimensi profil pelajar pancasila antara lain :
1. Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia. 2. Berkebinekaan global.
3. Bergotong-royong. 4. Mandiri. 5. Bernalar kritis. 6. Kreatif. Dimensi-dimensi tersebut menunjukkan
bahwa profil pelajar Pancasila tidak hanya fokus
Tujuan p3 (Profil pelajar Pancasila)
Adapun tujuan dari dibentuknya Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila ini yaitu
untuk membantu guru dalam mengamati dan mencari solusi dari setiap permasalahan yang ada di lingkungan
sekitar. Bisa dikatakan bahwa P5 ini adalah pembelajaran lintas disiplin ilmu yang sangat penting untuk siswa.
Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dapat dicetuskan sebagai sarana pencapaian Profil Pelajar Pancasila
yang memberi kesempatan bagi setiap siswa untuk "mengalami pengetahuan" sebagai proses penguatan
karakter sekaligus sebagai kesempatan untuk belajar dari lingkungan sekitarnya.
Kegiatan projek profil pelajar Pancasila ini siswa memiliki kesempatan untuk mempelajari tema-tema atau isu-
isu penting yang ada di lingkungan sekitar, seperti perubahan iklim, kesehatan mental, budaya, wirausaha,
perkembangan teknologi, dan kehidupan demokrasi. Dengan diterapkannya kegiatan ini, siswa dapat
mempelajari sekaligus dapat terjun langsung dalam mencari jawaban dari isu-isu yang sedang dipelajari
tersebut sesuai dengna tahapan belajar dan kebutuhan belajar siswa.
Manfaat projek p3 (profil pelajar Pancasila)
Untuk Siswa
a. Memperkuat karakter dan mengembangkan kompetensi siswa sebagai pelajar Indonesia dan warga dunia yang aktif.
b. Membantu siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam merencanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara aktif dan berkelanjutan.
c. Membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang berkaitan dengan Profil pelajar Pancasila pada
periode waktu tertentu.
d. Melatih kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah dalam beragam situasi belajar.
e. Melatih sikap tanggung jawab dan rasa peduli yang dimiliki siswa terhadap isu-isu yang ada di lingkungan sekitar mereka.
f. Menghargai proses kegiatan belajar dan bangga dengan hasil pencapaian yang telah mereka upayakan secara optimal.

a. Guru memiliki kesempatan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dan potensi yang dimilikinya, serta memperkuat karakter dan Profil
Pelajar Pancasila.
b. Merencanakan proses kegiatan belajar berbasis proyek dengan tujuan akhir yang jelas dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan di
lingkungan sekitar.
c. Guru memiliki kesempatan terbuka untuk berkolaborasi dengan guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran lain untuk meningkatkan hasil
belajar siswa.
 SUARA DEMOKRASI
Demokrasi merupakan bentuk pemerintahan dimana semua warga negara mempunyai hak yang setara dalam
pengambilan keputusan yang dapat mengubah hidup mereka baik secara langsung maupun perwakilan. Hak dalam
pengambilan keputusan tersebut antara lain menentukan wakil rakyat yang menduduki jabatan tertentu misalnya
presiden, gubernur, bupati sampai kepala desa. Untuk dapat turut serta dalam pemilihan wakil rakyat harus
memenuhi persyaratan tertentu diantaranya adalah batasan usia.
Dalam kurikulum merdeka dirancang projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5), salah satu temanya adalah Suara
Demokrasi. Dalam kegiatan P5 ini siswa diajak untuk melaksanakan demokrasi yaitu Pemilihan Ketua dan Wakil
Ketua OSIS untuk masa bakti 2022/2023. Tahap-tahap yang dilalui pada kegiatan P5 adalah:
1. Pengenalan
Pada tahapan ini guru sebagai fasilitator mengenalkan kepada siswa tentang pengertian demokrasi, tujuan
demokrasi serta penerapan demokrasi di sekolah.
2. Kontekstual
Siswa didampingi guru pembimbing merencanakan pelaksanaan pemilihan ketua OSIS mulai dari
penjaringan dan menetapkan bakal calon, serta penyampaian visi misi.
3. Aksi
Pada tahap aksi siswa dan guru melakukan secara nyata pemilihan ketua OSIS dan wakilnya hingga
perhitugan suara.
4. Refleksi Tindak Lanjut
Tahapan terakhir pada kegiatan ini adalah refleksi dan tidak lanjut. Pada tahap ini dilakukan pelantikan
dan serah terima pengurus OSIS antara yang lama dan baru.
Pengertian Demokrasi
Demokrasi adalah bentuk sistem pemerintahan di mana kekuasaan politik dipegang oleh
rakyat atau warga negara secara langsung atau melalui perwakilan yang mereka pilih.
Istilah “demokrasi” berasal dari bahasa Yunani kuno, di mana “demos” berarti “rakyat”
dan “kratos” berarti “kekuasaan” atau “pemerintahan”.
Dalam sistem demokrasi, rakyat memiliki hak untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengambilan
keputusan politik, baik melalui pemilihan umum, referendum, atau mekanisme partisipasi
lainnya. Prinsip dasar demokrasi adalah kedaulatan rakyat, di mana pemerintahan
dijalankan sesuai dengan kehendak mayoritas dengan menghormati hak-hak minoritas..
 Ciri-ciri demokrasi
• Kedaulatan Rakyat
Demokrasi mengakui kedaulatan rakyat sebagai sumber utama kekuasaan politik. Rakyat memiliki hak untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengambilan
keputusan politik melalui pemilihan umum atau mekanisme partisipasi lainnya.
• Pemilihan Bebas dan Adil
Demokrasi melibatkan pemilihan umum yang bebas dan adil, di mana warga negara memiliki hak untuk memilih wakil-wakil mereka dalam
lembaga-lembaga pemerintahan. Pemilihan harus dilakukan secara teratur dan transparan.
• Perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia
Demokrasi mendasarkan pada pengakuan dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia. Hal ini termasuk kebebasan berbicara, kebebasan pers, kebebasan
beragama, hak untuk berserikat, hak atas privasi, dan keadilan hukum.
• Kebebasan Berpendapat dan Pluralisme Politik
Demokrasi memungkinkan adanya keberagaman pandangan politik dan ideologi. Rakyat memiliki kebebasan untuk menyatakan pendapat,
berdebat, dan berpartisipasi dalam proses politik. Partai politik dan kelompok kepentingan berperan dalam kontes politik.
• Prinsip pemisahan kekuasaan antara cabang eksekutif, legislatif, dan yudikatif adalah ciri penting dalam demokrasi. Tujuan
pemisahan kekuasaan adalah untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan kekuasaan dan memastikan keseimbangan kekuasaan.
Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi Pemerintah yang demokratis bertanggung jawab kepada rakyatnya. Transparansi dalampengambilan
keputusan dan akuntabilitas pemerintah terhadap rakyat merupakan prinsip penting dalam demokrasi.
• Perlindungan Hak Minoritas
Demokrasi melindungi hak-hak minoritas dari penindasan oleh mayoritas. Hak-hak minoritas harus diakui dan dihormati, termasuk
hak-hak kelompok etnis, agama, dan budaya.
• Peraturan Hukum Demokrasi didasarkan pada peraturan hukum yang berlaku secara merata bagi semua warga negara. Hukum
harus adil, jelas, dan diterapkan secara independen oleh sistem peradilan yang bebas.
 Tujuan Demokrasi

2. Demokrasi bertujuan untuk memberikan kekuasaan politik kepada rakyat sebagai pemegang kedaulatan..
3. Perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia Demokrasi bertujuan untuk melindungi dan menghormati hak asasi manusia,
4. Membangun Masyarakat yang Adil dan Inklusif Demokrasi berupaya menciptakan masyarakat yang adil,
Mendorong Pembangunan Ekonomi dan Sosial
5. Demokrasi menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan
berkelanjutan. Dalam demokrasi, kebijakan ekonomi dan sosial dirancang untuk memenuhi
kebutuhan rakyat dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
6. Meningkatkan Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi Pemerintah harus bertanggung jawab atas tindakan
dan kebijakan mereka, dan transparansi dalam pengambilan keputusan publik diperlukan.
7. Mempromosikan Perdamaian dan Stabilitas Demokrasi memberikan mekanisme penyelesaian konflik
yang damai dan menghindari konflik yang bersifat kekerasan atau otoriter.
8. Memupuk Nilai-nilai Demokratis berusaha memupuk dan memperkuat nilai-nilai demokratis seperti
toleransi, dialog, penghormatan terhadap perbedaan, keadilan, dan penghargaan terhadap
pluralisme.
 Macam –macam Demokrasi
 Demokrasi Representatif
warga negara memilih wakil-wakil mereka untuk mewakili mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan politik. Para wakil ini duduk di lembaga-lembaga
pemerintahan seperti parlemen atau kongres, di mana mereka membuat keputusan atas nama rakyat. Pemilihan umum secara periodik diadakan untuk
memilih para wakil ini.
 Demokrasi Langsung
rakyat secara langsung terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan politik. Rakyat secara langsung memberikan suara atau mempengaruhi keputusan politik
melalui referendum atau inisiatif rakyat. Demokrasi langsung biasanya berlaku dalam skala yang lebih kecil, seperti dalam pemilihan lokal atau
pengambilan keputusan komunitas.
 Demokrasi Parlementer
melibatkan pemilihan umum untuk membentuk parlemen yang kemudian memilih kepala pemerintahan, seperti perdana menteri atau presiden. Kepala
pemerintahan bertanggung jawab kepada parlemen dan harus mempertahankan kepercayaan mayoritas anggota parlemen. Demokrasi parlementer umumnya
memiliki pemisahan kekuasaan antara eksekutif dan legislatif.
 Demokrasi Konsensus
mencapai kesepakatan melalui dialog, negosiasi, dan konsensus di antara berbagai kelompok atau partai politik. Tujuannya adalah mencapai kesepakatan
yang luas dan memperhatikan kepentingan semua pihak, termasuk minoritas.
 Demokrasi Deliberatif
menekankan pada diskusi dan pemikiran yang mendalam dalam pengambilan keputusan politik. Rakyat secara aktif terlibat dalam dialog dan debat
mengenai masalah publik, dengan harapan mencapai pemahaman yang lebih baik dan mencapai kesepakatan rasional.
 Demokrasi Elektronik
menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, khususnya internet, untuk meningkatkan partisipasi politik dan pengambilan keputusan. Ini melibatkan
pemungutan suara elektronik, konsultasi online, forum diskusi, dan mekanisme partisipasi online lainnya.

menekankan bahwa pemerintah harus bertanggung jawab kepada rakyat. Pemerintah harus menjalankan tugasnya dengan transparansi, mengambil
keputusan yang baik dan berdasarkan hukum, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan atas tindakan dan kebijakannya.
• Partisipasi Politik yang Aktif
Demokrasi mendorong partisipasi politik yang aktif dari seluruh warga negara. Rakyat memiliki hak dan kesempatan untuk menyampaikan pndapat,
menyuarakan kepentingan mereka, berpartisipasi dalam proses pembuatan keputusan, dan menjadi bagian dari kehidupan politik.
• Perlindungan Minoritas
Prinsip ini menjamin perlindungan hak-hak minoritas dan memastikan bahwa suara dan kepentingan mereka dihormati. Minoritas harus memiliki
kebebasan dan kesempatan yang sama untuk berpartisipasi dalam kehidupan politik dan mendapatkan perlindungan hukum yang adil.
• Hukum dan Keadilan
menekankan pentingnya peraturan hukum yang adil dan setara bagi semua warga negara. Hukum harus berlaku tanpa diskriminasi, menjaga keadilan, dan
melindungi hak-hak individu serta kepentingan masyarakat.
Peran dan Hak demokrasi
1. Kebebasan Berpendapat dan Berbicara
Warga negara memiliki hak untuk menyampaikan pendapat dan berbicara secara bebas tanpa takut akan penindasan.
Kebebasan ini memungkinkan warga negara untuk menyuarakan ide-ide, kritik, dan masukan mereka terhadap kebijakan pemerintah.
Sehingga memungkinkan proses pembuatan keputusan yang lebih transparan.
2. Hak Memilih dan Dipilih
Dalam demokrasi, warga negara memiliki hak untuk memilih para pemimpin mereka dan terlibat dalam proses pemilihan umum.
Hak ini memberikan kesempatan kepada warga negara untuk berpartisipasi dalam pembentukan pemerintahan dan memilih
perwakilan yang mewakili kepentingan mereka

Warga negara memiliki hak untuk mengakses informasi yang beragam dan objektif.
Kebebasan pers dan media yang bebas memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga transparansi pemerintahan, memeriksa
kekuasaan, dan menyampaikan informasi yang benar kepada masyarakat.
5. Hak Hidup, Kebebasan, dan Keamanan Pribadi
Warga negara memiliki hak untuk hidup dengan bebas, bebas dari penyalahgunaan, penahanan sewenang-wenang, dan
perlakuan yang tidak manusiawi atau merendahkan martabat
