Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kesesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan atribut
pelayanan menurut konsumen dengan tingkat kinerja yang telah diberikan restoran, sehingga
akan diketahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan Resto Toko Oen Malang
dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan alternatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode IPA
dan CSI yangdiolah dengan software Miscrosoft Excel for windows. Kuesioner yang disebar
berjumlah 80 responden.Hasil pengolahan data dengan metode IPA (Importance Performance
Analysis) didapatkan rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 98,40%. Hasil dari metode CSI
(Customer Satisfaction Index) menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen sebesar 75,89%. Nilai
tersebut berada pada rentang 66-80%, dengan demikian secara keseluruhan konsumen merasa
puas terhadap kinerja pelayanan Toko Oen Malang.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of compatibility between the interests of the consumer
service attributes according to the level of performance that has given the restaurant, so you will know the
level of customer satisfaction with service quality Resto Toko Oen in Malang and provide
recommendations for improvement alternatives.The method used is the method of science and CSI were
processed with Miscrosoft Excel softwarefor windows. Questionnaires were distributed amounted to 80
respondents. The results of thedata processing method of IPA (Importance Performance Analysis)
obtained the average level as much as 98,40 %.The results of the method of CSI (Customer Satisfaction
Index) shows the consumer satisfaction level of75.89%. This value is in the range 66-80%, thus overall
consumers are satisfied with the performance of services Toko Oen in Malang.
