Voucher Form : Digunakan untuk membuat Voucher baru. Voucher Form

terdiri atas 2 kategori: Voucher In (dibuat oleh Finance) & Voucher
payment/Out (di buat oleh User).

Voucher Form Accounting Journal : Digunakan untuk menjurnal

transaksi-transaksi yang terjadi.

Voucher Closed: di gunakan untuk melihat list voucher yang sudah di

bayar.

Voucher Search : di gunakan untuk melihat “status Voucher”.

Indonesia as one of the world premier of gas and oil is giving
opportunities for PT BULL as the large shipping company in
Indonesia to expand in this industry.

Pertamina’s tanker fleet is ageing and needs refurbishment therefore

is aiming to renew its tanker fleet by a Time Charter.
Also, Pertamina would give preference to Indonesian flag vessels. It
is a big chance for PT BULL in this business opportunity.

 Proses Tender Offshore
Dept. Offshore mencari informasi mengenai project pekerjaan offshore,
misalnya FPSO, FSO, FPU, dll. Adapun proses tender di Offshore melalui
beberapa tahapan berikut:

a. Tahapan review pre-tender:

Informasi adanya tender offshore bisa didapatkan dari beberapa sumber
berikut:
• Informasi dari Media cetak/media elektronik
• Informasi dari potential client
• Undangan untuk mengikuti tender dari customer/perwakilan
customer
• Undangan untuk melengkapi pertanyaan Pra Kualifikasi dari Client

 Proses Tender Offshore
b. Tahapan review tender:
Ketika undangan tender sudah diterima, Commercial GM akan konsultasi dengan Commercial
Director untuk mereview kelayakan Project tersebut dan memutuskan apakah BULL akan
mengikuti tender tersebut atau tidak. Apabila Manajemen memutuskan untuk mengikuti
tender, maka tim Offshore akan mempersiapkan semua dokumen kebutuhan tender sesuai
dengan persyaratan dari client.

Project Manager, QHSE Offshore, Admin Project dan Project Engineer (Tim Offshore) akan
mereview dokumen tender dari Client. Tim Offshore akan mempersiapkan dokumen antara
lain:
• Dokumen Administrasi (SKT, SIUPAL, Bidbond, dll)
• Dokumen Teknis dan Engineering
• Dokumen QHSE
Proses tender di KKKS dilakukan berdasarkan PTK 007 revisi 4.

 Proses Tender Offshore
c. Tahapan review Contract Award:

Pada saat BULL dinyatakan menang tender, maka Client atau KKKS
akan mengeluarkan LOA (Letter of Award) atau bukti penunjukan
pemenang tender dari Client. Ketika LOA sudah diterima, maka
Commercial GM akan menginstruksikan kepada Project Manager
untuk mempersiapkan dokumen execution plan yang lebih detil dan
spesifik untuk Project tersebut. Tim offshore akan menunjuk
perusahaan rekanan atau subcontraktor untuk melakukan study
teknis dan engineering, study HSE, konversi dll apabila dipersyaratkan
didalam tender.

 Eksekusi Project Offshore
Setelah Contract Award, Commercial General Manager akan membentuk Project
Management Team (PMT) yang bertanggung jawab untuk eksekusi project.

PMT akan mengembangkan secara detil Project Execution Plan (PEP), dimana PEP terdiri

 Project Organization Chart lengkap dengan PIC & tugas tanggung jawabnya

Offshore menunjuk GBLT sebagai ship management untuk
mengoperasikan kapal di project Offshore.

Setelah semua persiapan selesai dan kapal sudah on hire, maka

Offshore akan melakukan monitoring terhadap project yang berjalan.
Offshore akan memastikan operasional di kapal sesuai dengan
persyaratan dari Client termasuk masalah komersial, teknis,
administrasi dan HSE.
