Abstrak
Pasien yang merasakan pelayanan kesehatan berhak memperoleh keamanan dan keselamatan
dirinya selama dalam perawatan di rumah sakit. Berbagai profesi medis diantaranya dokter,
perawat, apoteker, ahli gizi, dan psikolog. Apabila tidak ada dilakukan kerja sama tim yang
baik, seperti pelayanan yang tumpang tindih, konflik interprofesional, serta keterlambatan
pemeriksaan dan tindakan ini akan menghambat tercapainya tujuan. Yang paling utama dari
praktik kolaborasi adalah hubungan saling percaya , menghargai, dan mampu bekerja sama.
Kolaborasi harus ada equality, apapun latar belakangnya. Tidak ada yang merasa paling tinggi
atau paling rendah.
Abstract
Patients as users of health services are entitled to security and safety during their treatment in
the hospital. The various medical professions include doctors, nurses, pharmacists,
nutritionists, and psychologists. If good teamwork is not carried out, in dealing with the
complexity of the patient's problems there will be the potential for fragmanted care,
overlapping services, interprofessional conflicts, as well as delays in examinations and actions.
The most important thing about collaborative practice is the relationship of mutual trust,
respect and being able to work together. Collaboration must have equality, whatever the
background. No one feels the highest or the lowest.
