Interaksi komponen ICF (Cont.)
Fungsi manusia
diklasifikasikan oleh ICF:
• Tingkat tubuh/bagian
tubuh (level of body or
body part)
• Tingkat individu secara
keseluruhan (whole
person)
• Tingkat individu secara
keseluruhan dalam
konteks sosial (whole
person in social contex)
WHO (2001)
Definisi Komponen ICF
WHO (2001)
WHO (2001)
First Level Classification for ICF Components
WHO (2001)
Body functions and structures
Contoh:
• b28010 Pain in head and neck
• s720 Structure of shoulder region
• s810 Structures of areas of skin
• Seseorang dengan impairment hemiparesis dapat digambarkan dengan
kode b7302 Power of muscles of one side of the body
NB:
Activities and Participation
Contoh:
• d230 Carrying out daily routine
• d420 Transferring oneself
• d475 Driving
• d530 Toileting
• d910 Community life
• d920 Recreation and leisure
NB:
Environmental factors
Contoh:
• e115 Products and technology for personal use in daily living
• e155 Design, construction and building products and technology of buildings
for private use
• e210 Physical geography
• e355 Health professionals
NB:
– NO problem (none, absent, negligible) 0-4%
– MILD problem (slight, low…) 2-24%
– MODERATE (medium, fair) 25-49%
– SEVERE (high, extreme, …) 50-95%
– COMPLETE (total…) 96-100% WHO (2001)
ICF Qualifiers (Cont.)
ICF Classification selected b28026 – pain in joints
ICF Category – definition Sensation of unpleasant feeling indicating potential or actual
damage to some body structure felt in one or more joints,
including small and big joints.
ICF category with qualifier – prior function b28016.0 –Pain in joints, no problem
ICF category with qualifier – current b28016.2 –Pain in joints, moderate problem
function
ICF category with qualifier – goal function b28016.0 –Pain in joints, no problem
• Component: Body Functions
• Chapter: Sensory Function and
Pain (Chapter 2)
• Block: Pain (b280-b289)
• Two level category: Sensation
of pain (b280)
• Three level category: Pain in
body part (b2801)
• Four level category: Pain in
joints (b28016)
WHO (2001)
Contoh skenario kasus:
ICF dipetakan untuk Knee Pain
Examination Kekuatan quadriceps kanan 4/5
ICF Classification selected b7300 – power of isolated muscles and muscle groups
ICF Category – definition Functions related to the force generated by the
contraction of specific and isolated muscles and muscle
groups.
ICF category with qualifier – prior function b7300.0 –Power of isolated muscles and muscle groups,
no impairment
ICF category with qualifier – current function b7300.1 –Power of isolated muscles and muscle groups,
mild impairment
ICF category with qualifier – goal function b7300.0 –Power of isolated muscles and muscle groups,
no impairment
PT goal Kekuatan quadriceps lutut kanan kembali 5/5
• Component: Body Functions
• Chapter: Neuromusculoskeletal
and movement related
functions (Chapter 7)
• Block: Muscle functions (b730-
b749)
• Two level category: Muscle
power functions (b730)
• Three level category: Power of
isolated muscles (b7300)
WHO (2001)
Contoh skenario kasus:
ICF dipetakan untuk Stroke
Example of how the ICF can be used as a framework for practice Sykes (2008)
62 year old male, diagnosed with a right sided stroke. He is retired, enjoys bridge, lives alone in a two
level home
Assessment ICF ICF Domain Outcome Goals Interventions
Findings Measure(s)
Movement functions:
• Impaired F • Involuntary • Berg Balance • Walk 5 km • Gait training
balance movement reaction Scale without • Walking aid
• Impaired Gait functions b755 • VO2 peak sitting to • Aerobic
• Reduced aerobic • Gait pattern functions • 6 min walk rest exercise class
capacity b770 test • Strengthening
• Upper extremity • Exercise tolerance • Grip strength exercise
weakness functions b455
• Muscle power
functions b730
Contoh skenario kasus:
