The Nunusaku area was once the center of activity on the island of Seram, which is also
known as Nusa Ina. The island's inhabitants began to spread to other places led by four
captains. The four of them consulted to agree on the destination of the direction of their
wandering. Their goal is to go down the river Tala, because this river has a lot of wealth.
Supplies and preparations for the trip were prepared quickly. As usual, the traditional
ceremony is carried out before the journey begins, namely by walking to the land of
Watui. Arriving in the land of Watui, they began to make a raft (gusepa) made of
bamboo sticks and slats. This raft is used to go down the Tala river. This river is famous
for its ferocity, the water is very swift and there are many large stones along its flow.
The voyage began and as its leader was Kapitan Nunusaku, who was a great Kapitan
descended from Patola's ancestors. This ancestor is the ancestor of the eyes of the
Wattimena Wael house in Mahariki. He brought all of Kapitan Nunusaku's possessions,
not forgetting a parrot or king musk bird. In addition, he also brought a white betel nut
which was placed in a betel nut. Behind the wheel sat the captain who would become
the ancestor of the eyes of the Wattimury house. In the center of the raft was the captain
who would become Nanlohy's ancestor. Behind the right sat the captain who would
become Talakua's ancestor. To guard their property was appointed Kapitan Nanlohy. In
customary law, he acts as a Dati who will determine the distributions, both private and
collective property. Therefore, all possessions and supplies were placed in the middle of
the raft adjacent to Kapitan Nanlohy
The raft accelerated due to the force of the water flowing down towards Tala. But when
they arrived at a place called Batu Pamali, their raft ran aground and was almost the
best. Kapitan Wattimena Wael was surprised and shouted at the captain who was
nearby. “Talakuang!!†Which means †stab hold gusepa†And the captain who
received the order was named †Talakua†who later became the ancestor of
Talakua's house in the country of Portho until now. When the raft almost turned
around, at that time Kapitan Wattimena was opening the place where the betel nut fell.
At the same time the parrot flew. This incident was very disappointing for the captain,
who immediately made an oath, so it was a taboo for the eyes of Wattimena Wael's
house. The oath reads that the eyes of the house of Wattimena Wael and their
daughters-in-law are not allowed to keep parrots and eat betel nut. Then what is in the
river is called Batu Pamali until now. The journey continued and finally they arrived at
Tala. In that place they made a pact by planting a covenant stone, which was later
named Manuhurui, then changed to Huse. The agreement they made was that even
though they would later be separated, the fraternal relations that had been fostered so
far had to be maintained. In addition, they must help each other in every way, visiting
each other. This place later became a stone marker place of mementos of the
descendants of the lands of Mahariki, Amahai, Luhu and Portho. After the agreement
process was completed, Kapitan Wattimena and Kapitan Wattimuri rested to sleep.
Meanwhile Kapitan Nanlohy and Kapitan Talakua climbed onto the raft. Suddenly the
raft was carried away by the current and drifted away, Kapitan Wattimena and Kapitan
Wattimuri who woke up from their sleep to see the raft drifting farther and farther into
the sea could only wave their hands. The raft carrying Kapitan Nanlohy and Kapitan
Talakua adrift on Cape Hualoi. They could only reply to the wave of the hands of the two
captains who were on the ground. They couldn't bring the raft ashore. Kapitan Nanlohy
jumped and swam against the current. But unlucky, due to fatigue and exhaustion he
ended up stranded in a place called Nanaluhu, which means 'swim and was stranded
upstream'.
Meanwhile, Kapitan Talakua continued to drift with the current until he passed Tanjung
Uneputty. The drifting voyage was finally stranded in a bay on the island of Saparua.
Where the country was built which was named Portho. Kapitan Nanlohy heard this and
he moved from Luhu to Portho to live together and develop his descendants into one big
household. Kapitan Wattimena Wael and Kapitan Wattimuri who still live in the
Manuhurui area in the village of Sanuhu, have many friends. Among other things, the
village captain. The captain was then made a spy by Kapitan Wattimena Wael.
