ABSTRACT
Global demand for energy continues with population growth and economic growth. Using of biomass as a renewable
energy source is important to produce the energy needed to meet large-scale energy needs and meet regulatory
requirements that pollute the environment.. In this work, waste which used to production bio-oil are Olive-oil Cake
(OC) and Sengon Woods with variety of catalyst. Olive cake (OC), wastewater made from olive oil, is an important
biomass producer in Mediterranean countries. OC is available in a variety of low cost options. OC does not contain
sulfur and can be considered as an alternative fuel source. In addition, sengon wood has potential to be used as
alternative fuel given its abundant availability and many materials that can be converted into fuel.
