1. PENDAHULUAN /INTRODUCTION
Dokumen spesifikasi teknis ini bersama
Lingkup pekerjaan serta gambar tender
merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari
dokumen kontrak.
Tujuan dari dokumen ini adalah untuk
menjelaskan detail persyaratan yang
berkaitan dengan lingkup pekerjaan yang
akan dilakukan oleh Kontraktor.
Semua keterangan yang terdapat atau
tergambar pada dokumen gambar atau
spesifikasi teknis ini wajib diperlakukan sama
bobotnya.
Semua data elevasi, posisi, atau dimensi yang
muncul pada gambar telah dipercaya
keakuratannya berdasarkan data survey yang
dilaporkan pada 31 November 2020, dan saat
ini telah terdapat beberapa perubahan. Oleh
karena itu Kontraktor wajib memverifikasi saat
berada di lokasi kerja.
Apabila terdapat perbedaan yang terjadi baik
pada gambar atau Spesifikasi teknis atau
pada level, posisi, dan dimensi yang diukur
pada saat pelaksanan pekerjaan dilapangan
dimulai adalah tanggung jawab Kontraktor.
Namun Kontraktor wajib memberitahukan
perbedaan tersebut kepada Project Manager
perusahaan.
This Technical Specification document
along with Scope of Works and tender
drawing documents is an integral part of the
Contract document.
The purpose of this document is to specify
the details of requirement related to the
scope of works that will be executed by the
Contractor.
All items shown or described in the
Drawings or Specification are to be taken to
be included in both.
All existing levels, position, and dimensions
shown on the Drawings are believed to be
correct based on data survey topography
reported on 31 November 2020, and
currently some change may be occurred.
For that reason, the Contractor shall verify
the same at the Site.
Any discrepancy which occurs in either the
Drawings or the Specification or in the
existing levels, position, and dimensions
that measured on site while the work being
executed is a contractor liability. However,
the Contractor shall immediately be brought
to the attention of the Project Manager.

3. SYARAT TEKNIS /TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1. PEKERJAAN PENDUKUNG/SUPPORT WORKS
a) Pekerjaan Mob/Demob
• Seluruh proses mobilisasi/demobilisation
dilakukan dengan aman dan mengikuti
prosedur dan undang-undang yang berlaku,
segala resiko terkait proses mobilisasi
ditanggung oleh Kontrakor.
• Tersedia dermaga nomor 2 milik PT. KPC
yang dapat digunakan untuk mobilisasi dan
demobilisasi alat berat. Kontraktor wajib
mengurus peragenan, berkoordinasi dengan
pengelola pelabuhan maupun instansi
pemerintah terkait, menyiapkan pengawas dan
tenaga kerja yang mahir dan menyiapkan
analisa keselamatan kerja yanng yang
disetujui oleh PT. KPC.
b) Pekerjaan Engineering
• Syarat tenaga ahli Geoteknik adalah
memiliki pengalaman di penerapan ilmu
geoteknik minimum 5 tahun di proyek yang
serupa serta memiliki sertifikat minimum
geoteknik Madya
• Seluruh tenaga ahli diatas wajib mampu
berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Ingrish baik
lisan dan tulisan (minimum 550 skala
TOEFL).
• Seluruh tenaga ahli di atas dan permintaan
Perusahaan dapat terlibat bersama-sama
dengan Perusahaan dalam berkomunikasi
dengan dengan klien Perusahaan.
c) Survey dan Pengukuran c) Survey and Measurement
• Perusahaan menyediakan titik-titik BM survey
sesuai gambar 010 G 001 dan dokumen
laporan Final Survey sebagai acuan
bersama.
• Minimal tim survey yang wajib tersedia di
lapangan adalah 10 tim, dan apabila
diperlukan maka Perusahaan berhak untuk
meminta tambahan tim survey hingga
sebanyak-banyaknya 15 tim.
• Minimum alat survey yang disediakan oleh
Kontraktor adalah sebagai berikut:
✓ 2 unit RTK & kelengkapannya
✓ 8 unit Total Station & kelengkapannya
a) Mob/Demob Works
• The entire mobilization / demobilization
process is carried out safely and follows
applicable laws and procedures, all risks
associated with the mobilization process
are borne by the Contractor.
• There is a pier number 2 owned by PT.
KPC which can be used for mobilization
and demobilization of heavy equipment.
Contractors are required to manage
agencies, coordinate with port managers
and related government agencies, prepare
supervisors and skilled workers and
prepare work safety analyzes approved by
PT. KPC.
b) Engineering Works
• Requirements for geotechnical experts are
those who has an experience in the
implementation of geotechnical science
minimum 5 years at the similar project and
having midle geotechnical certificate.
• All experts above must be able to
communicate in English both orally and in
writing (minimum 550 TOEFL scale).
• All of the above experts and the
Company's requests can be involved
together with the Company in
communicating with the Company's clients.
• The company provides BM survey points
according to drawing number 010 G 001
and the Final Survey report document
number as a common reference.
• The minimum number of survey teams
that must be available in the field is 10
teams, and if necessary, the Company
has the right to request additional survey
teams of up to a maximum of 15 teams.
• The minimum survey tools provided by
the Contractor are as follows:
✓ 2 RTK units & accessories
✓ 8 units of Total Station & accessories

 ✓ 8 unit Water level & kelengkapannya
Apabila diperlukan penambahan tim survey,
maka kedua belah pihak akan berdiskusi
untuk menentukan alat yang cocok untuk
digunakan.
• Total Station dan RTK wajib memiliki dengan
toleransi ketelitian 3 detik. Untuk leveling
menggunakan Waterpass dengan ketelitian 1
detik.
• Semua peralatan survey wajib dikalibrasi
minimal 1 bulan sebelum digunakan untuk
proyek ini, selama kontrak pekerjaan
berlangsung Kontraktor wajib memeliharan
peralatan survey agar keakurasian peralatan
dapat terjaga..
• Patok-patok survey agar di buat dari batang
kayu diameter min 5 cm dan tinggi 1m, diberi
pita/marker dengan warna sesuai
kesepakatan.
d) Kegiatan Kontrol dan Monitor Kualitas
• Rencana pengukuran dan pemantauan kualitas
hasil pekerjaan wajib diterima dan disetujui oleh
perusahaan sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan
dilapangan.
• Sebelum mengajukan pembelian material,
Kontraktor wajib menyertakan brosur dan
spesifikasi teknis material yang akan dibeli.
Seluruh material proyek yang akan digunakan
wajib menyertakan MDR (Manufactur data
report) termasuk ITP (inspection Test Report).
• Apabila diperlukan, engineer Perusahaan dapat
berkunjung ke pabrik pembuat dan mengadakan
inspeksi kualitas.
• Untuk pemantauan kualitas pekerjaan tanah,
maka Kontraktor wajib menyediakan set
peralatan pengetesan yang harus berada di
lapangan untuk mengadakan pengetesan.
• Semua kegiatan pengetasan mengacu pada
dokumen APPENDIX - E
• Semua peralatan soil test & Quality Control
wajib baru dan terkalibrasi oleh instansi terkait
dan disetujui oleh Perusahaan.
e) Gambar-gambar
• Software yang digunakan untuk penggambaran
adalah AutocaD Civil 3D tahun minimal 2014.
• Drafter yang disetujui adalah drafter
berpengalaman mengoperasikan AutoCad 3D
dan berpengalaman di proyek desain. selama 5
tahun.
✓ 8 units of Water level & accessories
If an additional survey team is needed, the
two parties will discuss to determine the
suitable tool to be used.
• Total Station and RTK must have an
accuracy tolerance of 3 seconds. For
leveling using a Waterpass with an
accuracy of 1 second.
• All survey equipment must be calibrated
at least 1 month before being used for this
project. During the work contract, the
Contractor is required to maintain the
survey equipment so that the accuracy of
the equipment can be maintained.
• Survey poles should be made of logs with
a minimum diameter of 5 cm and a height
of 1m, given a ribbon / marker in the
agreed color.
d) Quality Control and Monitoring Activities
• The plan for measuring and monitoring the
quality of work results must be accepted and
approved by the company before activities
are carried out in the field.
• Before submitting a purchase of material,
the Contractor is required to include a
brochure and technical specifications of the
material to be purchased. All project
materials to be used must include MDR
(Manufactur data report) including ITP
(inspection Test Report).
• If necessary, the Company's engineers can
visit the manufacturer and conduct quality
inspections.
• To monitor the quality of earthworks, the
Contractor is required to provide a set of
testing equipment which must be in the field
to conduct local.
• All of testing activity shall comply and refer
to the document of APPENDIX E
• The soil test & quality control equipment
must be new and calibrated by the relevant
agency and approved by the Company.
e) Drawing
• The software used for drawing is AutocaD
Civil 3D at least 2014.
• Approved drafters are experienced drafter
operating AutoCad 3D and experienced in
design projects for 5 years.
• All drawings follow the common procedure

termasuk tata-cara revisi dan persetujuan
mengikuti prosedur gambar Perusahaan.
• Kontraktor wajib menyiapkan rancangan gambar
konstruksi sebelum pelaksanaan pekerjaan
untuk disetujui oleh Engineer Perusahaan.
• Gambar design Quarry wajib menyertakan
perhitungan dan analisa geoteknik.
• Gambar desain drainasi dan saluran air lainnya
wajib menyertakan analisa hidraulika.
• As-Built Drawing wajib diserahkan paling lambat
7 hari sejak hasil pekerjaan lapangan diterima
f) Fasilitas Lapangan Sementara
• Untuk kantor lapangan, kontraktor dapat
mendirikan bangunan sementara. Perusahaan
menyediakan area di sekitar lokasi AN Sheed.
• Bangunan dapat terbuat dari Kontainer maupun
kayu yang dapat dengan mudah dipindahkan
apabila diperlukan.
• Kontraktor wajib menyerahkan denah layout
fasilitas lapangan untuk disetujui oleh
Perusahaan.
• Kantor lapangan Perusahan diperuntukan untuk
total personel 15 orang dengan pembagian
ruangan sebagai berikut:
➢ Ruangan pimpinan tersekat ukuran 9 m2
sebanyak 3 ruangan.
➢ Ruangan kubikal seluas 48m2 untuk 12
orang.
➢ 1 buah ruangan rapat ukuran 4 x 6 m2.
➢ 1 buah ruang pantry seluas 3x4m2
➢ 2 buah toilet masing-masing ukuran
1,5x1,5m2, dengan closet duduk
“American Standard”.
➢ 1 buah lobby seluas 3x4m2.
➢ Seluruh ruangan diatas sudah termasuk
furniture (meja dan Kursi).
➢ Pendingin udara, lampu penerangan, dan
air bersih sesuai dengan standar
minimum perkantoran.
➢ Minimum air bersih yang disediakan untuk
kantor Perusahaan adalah 2m3 per hari.
• Kontraktor agar membangun gedung rapat
bersama antara Perusahan dan Kontraktor
seluas 6 x 10m yang dapat digunakan sebagai
ruangan serbaguna lainnya.
• Drainasi dan Pengelolaan limbah kotor di

• The contractor is required to prepare a draft
construction drawing prior to execution of
the work for approval by the Company

• Quarry design drawings must include

• As-built drawings must be submitted no later
than 7 days after the results of field work are
received.
f) Temporary Field Facilities
• For field offices, contractors can construct
temporary buildings. The company provides
an area around the AN Sheed site.
• Buildings can be made of containers or
wood which can be easily moved if needed.
• The contractor is obliged to submit a field
facility layout plan for approval by the
Company.
• The company field office is intended for a
total of 15 personnel with the division of
rooms as follows:
➢ The room for the leader is insulated
with a size of 9 m2, with 3 rooms
➢ Cubical space of 48m2 for 12
people.
➢ 1 meeting room measuring 4 x 6 m2.
➢ 1 3x4m2 pantry room
➢ 2 toilets each, measuring 1.5x1.5m2,
with "American Standard" sitting
closet.
➢ 1 living room waiting area of 3x4m2.
➢ All the rooms above include furniture
(tables and chairs).
➢ Air conditioning, lighting, and clean
water according to minimum office
standards.
➢ Minimum clean water provided for
Company offices is 2m3 per day.
• Contractors to build a joint meeting building
between the Company and the Contractor
covering an area of 6 x 10m which can be
used as another multipurpose room.
• Drainase and management of dirty waste in
the temporary facility area is planned in

• Sampah kawasan wajib dibuang setiap hari ke

bersama. Kontraktor menyediakan bak sampah
dengan membedakan warna berdasarkan
peruntukannya yakni:
➢ Hijau untuk sampah organik
➢ Kuning untuk sampah plastik
➢ Merah untuk sampah metal, oli, kimia, dan
sampah yang berbahaya lainnya yang
berhubungan dengan pemeliharaan
peralatan.
• Sampah-sampah metal dan oli bekas wajib
ditampung di kontainer dan saat kontrak
pekerjaan selesai maka Kontraktor wajib
mengeluarkan sampah tersebut ke tempat
penampungan akhir yang teregister untuk
menangani sampah oli dan B3 lainnya.
• Kontraktor membuat pagar kawat berduri di
sepanjang 50m kiri dan 50m kanan area
crossing PLR KPC. Tidak diperkenankan semua
personel melintas PLR KPC kecuali melewati
crossing tersebut.
• Semua gedung dan fasilitas tersebut diatas
dikelola dan dipelihara oleh Kontraktor.
g) Administrasi Proyek
Berikut ketentuan menyangkut administrasi administration:

• Online meeting menggunakan software Zoom
meeting premium.
• Ukuran kertas untuk laporan dan surat-menyurat
adalah ukuran Iso A4 dan A3.
• AutoCad minimum adalah versi 2017.
• Microsoft office yang digunakan adalah
minimum 2017.
• MS-Project untuk scheduling minimum adalah
2017.
• Semua gambar yang digunakan di lapangan
ukuran kertas A3 bewarna.
• Surat-menyurat dan risalah meeting
menggunakan bahasa Indonesia.
h) Perijinan
Ketentuan terkait perijinan wajib diselesaikan oleh
Kontraktor paling lambat 1 bulan semenjak
kontrak ditandatangani.

• The contractor built a barbed wire fence
along the 50m left and 50m right of the
crossing area of the PLR KPC. All personnel
are not allowed to pass through the KPC
PLR except through the crossing.
• All buildings and facilities mentioned above
are managed and maintained by the
Contractor.
g) Project Administration
The following provisions regarding project

• Minimum MS-Project for scheduling is

h) Licensing
Provisions related to licensing must be
completed by the Contractor no later than 1
month after the contract is signed.

i) Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja
• Personel yang disetujui untuk dapat membuat
rencana keselamatan kerja wajib memiliki
standar minimum tenaga ahli
berpengalaman dan ahli dalam mengatur
keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja selama 5
tahun di proyek-proyek pematangan lahan.
• Personel tersebut wajib mendapat dukungan
penuh dari Manajer Proyek Kontraktor dalam
menjalankan dan mendisiplinkan semua
karyawan dan tenaga kerja Kontraktor.
• Kontraktor wajib menyediakan 1 orang tenaga
medis yang berpengalaman minimal 5 tahun
untuk melakukan P3K yang setiap saat berada
di lokasi, dibantu oleh 2 orang Rescuer.
• Peralatan P3K, mobil ambulan, dan rescue
wajib disediakan oleh kontraktor.
• Kontraktor wajib bekerja sama dengan rumah
sakit terdekat untuk dapat membawa korban
kecelakaan ke rumah sakit rujukan tersebut
untuk penanganan lebih lanjut.
• Ketentuan untuk Alat pelindung Diri (APD)
adalah sebagai berikut:
➢ Minimum syarat bekerja di lapangan adalah
menggunakan APD berupa Helm, Rompi
reflektif, dan sepatu bot lapangan.
➢ Kualitas APD tersebut sesuai dengan SNI.
➢ Helm untuk pengawas, staf,
manajemen adalah bewarna Putih.
➢ Helm untuk pekerja bewarna kuning.
➢ Helm warna merah untuk tenaga Safety dan
Rescue.
➢ Helm warna biru untuk tenaga electric.
➢ Helm warna hijau adalah untuk petugas
lingkungan, penanganan limbah.
j) Transportasi, Akomodasi, Logistic
• Kendaraan yang diperbolehkan memasuki area
kerja adalah minimum roda 2 dengan roda/ban
lapangan.
• Seluruh personel Kontraktor dan Perusahaan
tidak boleh tinggal di dalam area proyek.
• Tidak diperkenanan membangun dan
melakukan jual beli makanan dan minuman di
area proyek.
k) Komunitas dan keamanan lingkungan k) Community and Environmental Safety
• Kontraktor wajib dapat bekerja sama dengan
warga, aparat desa, serta organisasi
kemasyarakatan setempat.
i) Occupational Health and Safety
• Personnel approved to be able to make a
work safety plan must have a minimum

and skilled in managing occupational safety
and health for 5 years in land clearing
projects.
• Such personnel must receive the full support
of the Contractor's Project Manager in
carrying out and disciplining all employees
and workforce of the Contractor.

experience to perform first aid which is on
site at any time, assisted by 2 Rescuers.
• The contractor must provide first aid,
ambulance and rescue equipment.
• The contractor is obliged to cooperate with
the nearest hospital to be able to bring the
accident victim to the referral hospital for
further treatment.
• Provisions for Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) are as follows:
➢ The minimum requirements for
working in the field are to use PPE in
the form of a helmet, reflective vest,
and field boots.

➢ Helmets for supervisors, staff, and
management are White.
➢ Helmets for workers are yellow.
➢ Red helmet for Safety and Rescue
personnel.
➢ Blue helmet for electric power.
➢ Green helmet is for environmental
officer, waste handling.
j) Transportation, Accomodation and
Logistics
• Vehicles that are allowed to enter the
work area are a minimum of 2 wheels
with specific wheels / tires.
• All Contractor and Company personnel
may not live in the project area.
• It is not permissible to build and trade
food and beverages in the project area.
• The contractor must be able to work
with local residents, village officials, and
local community organizations.

workmen and other persons employed on
the Site.

4.12. Manufacturers and Copies of Orders.
Before ordering materials or plant for the
Works, the Contractor, or his subcontractors
and suppliers, or any nominated Subcontractor
or nominated Supplier, shall, through the
Contractor, submit for the approval of the
Project Manager the names of the makers and
suppliers proposed and shall afterwards
submit copies, in duplicate, of the orders
placed for the materials or plant.
4.13. Samples and Prototypes
Samples of materials and plant intended for
incorporation into the Works are to be
submitted to the Project Manager for approval
prior to ordering of bulk quantities.
The insertion of the name of any manufacturer
or proprietary article on the Drawings or in the
Specification is to be read as an indication of
the class or quality of materials and plant
required; materials or plant of equal quality may
be obtained from any other source subject to
the prior approval of the Project Manager.
Where requested by the Project Manager, the
Contractor shall submit prototypes of
workmanship for approval. The work shall only
be commenced on receipt of the approval of
the Project Manager to the prototype.
Samples and prototypes shall be submitted for
approval at least thirty days prior to the
required approval date. They shall be provided

and shall pay all charges in connection
with tests ordered by the Project Manager
to be carried out by others.
• The establishment of a testing laboratory
on the Site and/or the use of an
independent testing facility is at the option
of the Contractor, provided always that the
Project Manager shall have the right to
instruct testing to be carried out at an
independent testing facility at no extra cost
to the Employer on a case-by-case basis.
4.15. Survey and Setting Out the Works
• The Contractor shall employ a qualified
surveyor approved by the Project Manager
to set out the Works. The Contractor is
required to set up permanent bench marks
on the Site which must be tied to an
existing government bench mark. These
bench marks shall be used to set out the
Works.
• The bench marks must be properly
protected. Should any bench mark be
displaced or lost it shall be replaced
immediately at the Contractor’s expenses.
• The Contractor will be responsible for the
accuracy of all setting out and for the
establishment of all levels. Any errors in

commencing any work or ordering any
materials the Contractor must verify all
dimensions.
• If any discrepancies are found they must
immediately be brought to the notice of the
Project Manager. No claim for loss arising
out of discrepancies will be allowed to the
Company.
• The Contractor shall not use any quantities
contained in these tender documents for
the purposes of ordering materials. The
Contractor shall calculate the quantity of
the material.
4.17. Safeguarding the Works
• The Contractor shall allow for safeguarding
the Works, materials and plant against
damage or theft including providing all
necessary lighting, watchmen, barriers and
all safeguards for the prevention of
accidents and the protection of the public.
• The Contractor shall be solely responsible
for the safety from damage or theft of all
his own materials, plant, tools and
equipment and of any materials and plant
supplied by the Employer fixed or unfixed.
• Maintenance and Protection of Existing
Roads, Footpaths, Fences, Rivers,

• The Contractor shall maintain all existing

ensuring that the roads leading to and
around the Site are kept free from
obstruction brought about by the Works
and in no way shall be the cause of any
hindrance to traffic either by his own
vehicles, or by his workpeople, or by his
equipment.
• The Contractor shall be responsible for
repairing damage to the streets and
access roads in the vicinity of the Site if
deterioration occurs which is attributable to
the Contractor.
• The Contractor shall allow for keeping all
streets and access roads in the vicinity of
the Site free from dirt, mud and other
deposit arising from the carrying out of the
Works, whether from the wheels of motor
vehicles, droppage from the loads of motor
vehicles, or any other cause. The
Contractor shall provide sufficient labour to
continually clean all streets and access
roads as necessary and shall provide for
washing the wheels of all motor vehicles
immediately prior to leaving the Site.
4.19. Protection of Public and Private
Services
The Contractor shall protect, uphold and
maintain all pipes, ducts, stormwater drains,
sewers, electrical and telephone cables and the
like during the construction period. Special
precautions shall be taken to prevent
undermining or subsidence of foundations to
service lines, and the Contractor is to make
good any damage due to any cause within his
control at his own cost and expense.
Where a service or supply is required to
be temporarily terminated or diverted, the
Contractor shall give all necessary notices
to the appropriate authority or owner and
arrange for the work to be carried out.
The Contractor shall ensure no service or
supply is interrupted without the written

4.22. Hard Hats and Protective Clothing
The Contractor shall provide and maintain
in good and clean condition a sufficient
number of hard hats, protective clothing
and boots for the Employer’s site staff, the
Project Manager and his site staff, the
consultants’ site staff and visitors to the
Site.
4.23. Restricted Use of the Site
The Contractor shall be responsible for keeping
all persons under his control (including those
employed by his subcontractors and by any
nominated Subcontractor) within the
boundaries of the Site.
4.24. Advertisements
The Contractor, his subcontractors or any
nominated Subcontractor shall not, without the
consent of the Project Manager, affix or exhibit
or place upon any part of the Site or the Works,
signboards, placards, posters, banners, or any
other advertising material.

may proceed to do so at the expense of the
Contractor and without prejudice to such other
rights as the Employer may have under the
Contract.
Delivery of Materials to the Site and Removal
of Spoil and Surplus Materials from the Site
The Contractor shall comply with the
requirements of the Estate Manager, the local
authority and the police in respect of the use of
motor vehicles delivering materials to or
removing spoil or surplus materials from the
Site and shall allow for all costs in connection
therewith.
4.26. Materials to be New
All materials used in the Works shall be new.
No materials to be used in the Permanent
Works shall be used in the Temporary Works
prior to their incorporation in the Permanent
Works
4.27. Temporary Diversion of Traffic
The Contractor shall construct temporary
diversions wherever the Works interfere with
existing public or private roads or other ways
over which there is a public or private right of
way for vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

aforesaid, the Contractor shall negotiate the
quantum of such compensation and shall make
payment of such compensation to the injured
party or parties.
The Employer has no obligation to participate
in the resolution of disputes with neighbours
(though he may do so at his own discretion)
and shall not be obliged to contribute to any
compensation paid by the Contractor.
4.30. Avoidance of Nuisance
The Contractor shall take all reasonable
measures to avoid nuisance to residents of and
visitors to adjoining properties and to the
public.
All Contractor’s Equipment shall be fitted
with radio and TV. interference

The Contractor shall endeavour to minimise
noise pollution and prevent dust from arising as
a result of his activities. The Contractor shall
regularly spray with water those locations or

which will reduce the sound to a level not
exceeding 75 decibels (dBA) at a distance
of 30m.
Any stoppage which may be ordered by the
Project Manager in the application of this
provision shall not entitle the Contractor to any
extension of time for completion or to any
compensation whatsoever.
These provisions shall not apply in the case of
emergency work necessary for the saving of
life, or for the urgent safety of the Works.
4.31. Overseas Visits
The cost of overseas visits by the
Employer, the Project Manager, consultants
or other nominated representatives of the
Employer, including independent consultants
or experts, for the purpose of inspection of
factories, workshops, facilities, plant
samples, mock-ups, prototypes and the like,
or for the witnessing of factory or workshop
testing, shall be borne by the Contractor.
The cost shall be deemed to include
travelling, accommodation, board, visas,
fiscal tax and all other related expenses.

maintain temporary fencing and gates to
secure the site and shall clear away on
completion of the Works. The Contractor
shall alter, shift and adapt from time to
time as required by the progress of the
Works
The temporary fencing and gates shall be
according to the drawings, specification and to
the engineer instructions.
4.35. Communication Access
The Contractor shall provide sufficient
telephones for his own use and for the use of
his subcontractors.

4.36. Water
The Contractor shall provide all necessary

platforms, catwalks, gangways, ladders, safety
netting and the like, of whatever height for the
proper execution of the Works and shall alter,
shift and adapt from time to time as necessary
and shall remove on completion of the Works.

4.41. Fire Protection
The Contractor shall allow for keeping the Site
safe from fire hazard. The Contractor shall take
all necessary precautions including those
specified by the insurer of the Works and shall
provide all necessary fire fighting equipment to
the satisfaction of the Project Manager.
In particular, a water supply of adequate
pressure shall be installed to the highest
point of the structure at all times with
sufficient hoses to reach all parts of the
building.
The Contractor shall properly train designated
staff in the operation of the fire fighting
equipment and in the implementation of fire
evacuation procedures. Such training shall
include regular fire drills throughout the
construction period.
No inflammable goods such as fuel oils, oil
based paints, kerosene, thinners, cellulose
lacquers, bitumen, bitumen based products and
the like shall be stored in the building under
construction.

4.43. Removal of Rubbish
All rubbish, packing material, surplus materials
and the like are to be removed from the Site or
surrounding areas as soon as is possible and
at least once daily during the construction
period so as to maintain unhindered access to
and easy inspection of all work.
The Contractor shall provide and maintain for
as long as required for the construction of the
Works all necessary temporary external
rubbish chutes.
No burning of rubbish on the Site will be
allowed.
4.44. Cleaning-up
The Contractor, shall upon completion leave
the whole of the Works and the surrounding
area in a clean and tidy state, to the
satisfaction of the Project Manager.

The tender drawings of all positions, dimensions
and elevations are based on preliminary
measurements made by the Company in
November 2020. The contractor is required to
verify or check the accuracy of the position,
dimensions and elevation in the image based on
the actual conditions in the field, if there is a
difference. between this tender drawing
document and the actual conditions in the field
and the risks involved in calculating the volume
and amount of work will be received by the
Contractor and cannot be borne by the
Company.

digunakan maupun tidak oleh Kontraktor untuk
membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Kontraktor wajib
