Jalan akses sementara yang dimaksud adalah jalan erection yang digunakan untuk
jalur truk- crane dalam memasang struktur baja bangunan. Disini erectionway ini
di desain hanya untuk kondisi maju atau mundur truck-crane (tidak untuk kondisi
bermanuver).
The temporary access road referred to is the erection way used for the truck-
crane lane in installing the steel structure of the building. Here the erection
way is designed only for move or reverse condition of the truck-crane (not
formaneuvered conditions).

Preparing PPE that will be used and the others safety tools that related with
the job
6 Pekerjaan persiapan
• Briefing scope pekerjaan
• Mobilisasi alat dan material
• Potong kepala pancang yang terdapat di jalur jalan sementara, dengan
elevasi potongnya sudahditentukan sebelumnya.
• Stripping area lahan yang akan dijadikan jalur jalan sementara dan
dipastikansemua vegetasi telah dibuang.

Preparation work
• Working scope briefing
• Mobilization of tools and material
• Cut the pile-heads in the temporary access lane, with the elevation
cut in advance.
• Stripping area that will be used as a temporary accesslane and make
sure that all vegetation has been removed

7 Pekerjaan timbunan
• Timbunan dasar menggunakan material batu kapur dengan ketebalan
sesuai dengan gambar rencanaatau sampai batas ataskepala pancang
yang sudah dipotong.
• Hamparan timbunan batu kapur tersebut kemudian padatkan
menggunakan Vibro Roller dengan di rollsaja tanpa diberi getaran.
• Setelah timbunan batu kapur selesai di padatkan selanjutnya di gunakan
timbunan dengan material basecoarse (ukuran 3-7cm) dengan ketebalan
sesuai dengan gambar kerja
• Pemadatan timbunan basecourse tersebut menggunakan Vibro roller
dengan di roll, tanpa adanya getaran

Fill Works
• Sub-base using limestone material with a thickness according to the
plan drawings or up to the top of the head of the pile that has been cut.
• The limestone heaps are then compacted using a Vibro Roller by simply
rolling them without vibration.
• After the limestone pile has been compacted, then use basecoarse

material (3-7cm) with a thickness according to the working drawings.

• Compaction of the basecourse heaps using Vibro rollers by rolling
them, without any vibration

Untuk menghindari resiko kerusakan pada kepala pancang yang dilewati oleh Rafter
crane, maka digunakan plat kapal/baja yang ditempatkan tepat diatas yang terdapat
titik pancang yang sudah dipotong sebelumnya. Penempatan plat kapal ini wajib
dilakukan.

To avoid the risk of damage to the pile-head stake by the rafter crane, a steel plate
is placed directly above where there is a pile that has been cut before. Placement of
the steel plate is mandatory placed.
