TENTANG

SINGKATAN DAN SIMBOL YANG BERLAKU

RUMAH SAKIT ROYAL PROGRESS

DIREKTUR RUMAH SAKIT ROYAL PROGRESS

Menimbang : a. bahwa agar memudahkan dalam penyampaian informasi kepada petugas kesehatan
yang terkait dalam pelayanan, maka diperlukan ketentuan singkatan dan symbol yang
berlaku di Rumah Sakit Royal Progress sebagai landasan melaksanakan penulisan /
pendokumentasian data dan informasi di Rumah Sakit Royal Progress;
b. bahwa sehubungan dengan hal tersebut di atas perlu ditetapkan singkatan yang berlaku
di Rumah Sakit Royal Progress dengan Keputusan Direktur Rumah Sakit Royal
Progress.

Mengingat : 1. Undang – undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 Tentang Rumah Sakit;
2. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor 340/MENKES/PER/III/2010 Tentang
Klasifikasi Rumah Sakit;
3. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor 147/MENKES/PER/I/2010 Tentang Perijinan
Rumah Sakit;
4. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 269 /Menkes/Per/III/2008 Tentang Rekam Medis;
5. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI No.HK.07.06/III/4437/09 Tentang Pemberian Ijin
Penyelenggaraan Perpanjangan (I) Kepada Yayasan Sejahtera Progress untuk
Menyelenggarakan Rumah Sakit Royal Progress;
6. Keputusan Ketua Badan Pengurus Yayasan Sejahtera Progress Nomor
007/YSP/KHU/VI/2011 Tahun 2011 tentang Struktur Organisasi Rumah Sakit Royal
Progress;
7. Keputusan Ketua Badan Pengurus Yayasan Sejahtera Progress Nomor 021/YSP/IX/07
tahun 2007 tentang Pengangkatan Direktur Royal Progress International Hospital.

MEMUTUSKAN
Menetapkan :
Kesatu : KEPUTUSAN DIREKTUR RUMAH SAKIT ROYAL PROGRESS TENTANG
SINGKATAN DAN SIMBOL YANG BERLAKU DI RUMAH SAKIT ROYAL
PROGRESS.
Kedua : Singkatan dan simbol yang berlaku di Rumah Sakit Royal Progress sebagaimana dimaksud
dalam Diktum Kesatu sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran Keputusan ini.
Ketiga : Penulisan Singkatan dan simbol di Rumah Sakit Royal Progress sebagaimana dimaksud
dalam Diktum Kedua harus dijadikan acuan dalam melaksanakan penulisan /
pendokumentasian data dan informasi di Rumah Sakit Royal Progress.
Keempat : Peraturan ini berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan dan apabila dikemudian hari terdapat
kekeliruan dalam penetapan ini, akan diadakan perbaikan sebagaimana mestinya.
