CARA MELAKUKAN PANGGILAN LEWAT TELEPON

Cara 1. Dengan menyebutkan nomor telepon yang di tuju.

Adapun untuk nomor double dapat diucapkan : “55” (double five) “555”
(triple five)
Dan ketika mengucapkan nomor “0” (ou) atau (zero).

Cara 2. Dengan menyebutkan instasi yang di tuju.

Contohnya : 1. Is that education departeman
2. is that the post office
3. is that the police station

CARA MENJAWAB TELEPON

Untuk menjawab cara 1 maupun cara 2 dapat dilakukan dengan contoh
sebagai berikut :
Mila : yes,that's right
Yes, may I help you
Ferdi : who is speaking
No, I'm sorry, she/he is absent
Away
Out
Not here
Not at home

EXAMPLE
Mr. Andi : Hello good morning
Rudi : Hello morning, who is speking
Mr. Andi : This is Andi from post office I would like to speak Mr. Anto ?
Rudi : I'm sorry , Mr. Anto in a meeting at the moment, can I take a
message ?
Mr. Andi : yes could you ask him to phone me , please ?
