 Performs sous chef tasks on pastry section of the kitchen

Membuat tugas-tugas Sous Chef pada seksi Pastry & Bakery.
 Responsible in the operational smoothness of pastry and bakery section on the kitchen
Bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran operasional pada seksi Pastry & Bakery.

Duties and Responsibilities

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

1. Performs tasks given by Sous Chef, including routine and daily tasks
Melaksanakan tugas yang dibebankan oleh Sous Chef kepadanya, baik itu berupa tugas
rutin ataupun tugas harian.
2. Creates Store Requisition and Market List in accordance to the required production
amount and send it to Executive Chef for approval
Membuat “Store Requisition” dan “Market List” sesuai dengan kebutuhan jumlah produksi
dan diserahkan kepada Executive Chef untuk meminta persetujuan.
3. Prepares food processing for Banquet Forecast, Breakfast, and Special events
Mempersiapkan pengolahan makanan untuk “Banquet Forecast, Breakfast, dan Special
Event”.
4. Helps Sous Chef in organizing, supervising, and evaluating work performances of his/her
employees
Membantu Sous Chef dalam hal mengatur, mengawasi dan mengevaluasi hasil kerja
bawahannya.
5. Provides work performance report to the superior
Memberikan laporan kepada atasannya tentang hasil tugasnya.

 6. Responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of work area in his/her section
Bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan dan kenyamanan lingkungan kerja di seksinya.
7. Supervises and/or directly handles pastry and bakery food types
Mengawasi dan/atau menangani langsung pengolahan makanan jenis-jenis pastry and
bakery.
8. Reports damaged equipments to Executive Chef and Sous Chef so Repair & Maintenance
Order can be made
Melaporkan kerusakan-kerusakan peralatan kepada Executive Chef dan Sous Chef untuk
dibuatkan “Repair & Maintenance Order”.
9. Performs routine checks for refrigerator/chiller’s temperatures
Melakukan tugas rutin untuk memeriksa temperature Refrigerator dan Chiller.
10. Performs routine daily cleaning tasks for his/her outlet
Melakukan tugas rutin kebersihan area outletnya.
