Perusahaan sepatu mengeluarkan investasi sebesar Rp 100.000.000 dan aliran kas masuk
bersih tahunannya adalah sebesar Rp 47.000.000, maka PP nya adalah:

Maka, investasi yang dikeluarkan sebanyak 100.000.000 akan Kembali ke pemilik dalam waktu
2,128 tahun. Kalian bisa menghitung 0,128 dalam bentuk bulan dan hari dengan cara berikut:

You can calculate 0.128 in the form of months and days in the following way):
● 0,128 x 365 hari = 46,72 hari (sudah 1 bulan lebih) (days (already 1 month more))
● 46,72 : 30 hari = 1,56 bulan (months)
● 0,56 x 30 hari = 16,8 hari dibulatkan menjadi 17 hari (days rounded to 17 days)
Dari perhitungan tersebut, maka perusahaan akan mendapatkan Kembali dana yang
diinvestasikan dalam kurun waktu 2 tahun 1 bulan 17 hari.
Perhitungan di atas adalah dengan asumsi aliran kas yang konstan atau tidak terlalu berubah dari
tahun ke tahun. Jika tidak konstan, silakan cek excel

1. PENDAHULUAN (introduction)
Tuliskan mengenai latar belakang mengapa kalian melakukan studi kelayakan bisnis pada
klien yang kalian pilih, tuliskan pula permasalahan apa saja yang dihadapi klien saat ini
serta tren bisnis apa saja yang sedang terjadi terkait dengan industri klien kalian. Rujukan
dari sumber data credible serta jurnal sangat menambah poin penilaian (1,5-2 halaman)
