ABSTRACT
This research aim to know the influence of fee and incentive to productivities
work the employees at CV. Forwad Distributor Nestle Kediri. Research in this
skripsi uses the quantitative method. Quantitative Research method represents one
of research type which its specification is systematic, planning and structure
clearly since early till its design research. Population in this researches all Brief
employees of CV. Forwad Distributor Nestle Kediri. Big of population known by
equal to 75 people. Medium Sample in this research as much 75 people.
Technique of Intake sample use the saturated sampling technique, whereabouts all
population made by sample because population less than 100 responder. Method
data collecting use the method interview and questioner. While method analyze
the data with the test of validity and reliabilities, test the classic assumption, test
the doubled linear regresi, test the significant by partial (statistical test of t),
significance test in concern/simultan (statistical test of f), and coefficient
determinacy. From this research result is inferential that: (1) Fee have an effect on
the significant to work productivity of CV. Forwad Distributor Nestle Kediri. (2)
Incentive has an effect on the significant to work productivity of CV. Forwad
Distributor Nestle Kediri. (3) Fee and Incentive have an effect on the significant
to work productivity of CV. Forwad Distributor Nestle Kediri. This Matter is
visible from statistical result of F calculate equal to 19.296 bigger than F of tables
of 2.73 and assess the significance 0,000. Therefore assess the significance of
smaller than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).
