SCOPE OF WORKS
Basic a. Melakukan reviu terhadap BED yang sudah ada;
Engineering b. Melaksanakan survei lapangan dan investigasi pada kondisi sekarang
Design sepanjang lintas pelayanan dan kemungkinan alternatif yang paling optimum
(BED) untuk persiapan desain teknik awal.
Adjustment
c. Melakukan reviu dan perubahan menyesuaikan regulasi yang berlaku saat ini.
d. Mengidentifikasi objek halangan dan potensi halangan (Utilitas, Jalur Hijau,
Badan Air dan Bangunan lain) selama proses pembangunan dan operasional
LRT pada kondisi sekarang.
e. Mengkaji metode konstruksi untuk pelakasanaan proyek dan
merekomendasikan yang paling efektif dan cepat.
f. Melakukan Value Engineering terhadap desain yang sudah ada.
g. Melakukan reviu terhadap desain alinyemen dan struktur.
h. Melakukan reviu terhadap desain sistem perkeretaapian.
i. Melakukan reviu terhadap desain sistem rolling stock.
j. Melakukan penyesuaian dan perubahan desain yang telah direviu sesuai poin f
s/d i yang paling efektif.
k. Melakukan Pemodelan BIM sebagai proses evaluasi dan dasar justifikasi
terhadap Basic Design.
l. Melakukan transfer pengetahuan pada tahap desain infrastruktur, desain
persinyalan dan telekomunikasi, desain sarana rolling stock, desain sistem
mekanikal elektrikal.
