ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture,
and working communication on work effectivity. This research was located in Solo. The
sample of 100 peoples were the employees of the largest private bank with convenience
sampling. The instrument of the questionnaires was calculated with validity and reliability
test. The analysis used multiple regression. The finding of this research indicate that:
(1) leadership, organizational culture, and working communication can influence work
effectivity; (2) corporation and organization play a role in creating sound environment
through leadership, organizational culture, and condusive working communication;
(3) high work effectivity will promote a performance of all departments within the
organization.
