ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to analysis the influence of organizational characteristics, job
characteristics and individual charcteristics to job satisfaction of employee in private bank at
Sulawesi Selatan. Population ini this research is 3.017 bank’s employee. Sample was taken by two
stage random sampling method with the size of sample is 147 bank’s employee. Data was collected
by documentation method, interview method dan questionnare method. Data was analyzed by using
multiple regression method. The result of this research is organizational charcteristics, job
charcteristics and individual charcteristics has significant and positivly influence to job satisfaction.
Beside that, this research is also shown that organizational characteristics has greater influence to
individual characteristics than job characteristics and individual charcteristics.
