ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Pandemi COVID-19 menyerang semua sektor kehidupan. Krisis kesehatan
berubah dengan cepat menjadi krisis ekonomi. Kondisi seperti ini sangat berisiko terhadap
pencapaian pembangunan berkelanjutan pada tahun 2030. Metode: Artikel ini merupakan sebuah
review dengan melakukan kajian literatur dari data WHO, Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan
Nasional, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan artikel ilmiah lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik
yang dibahas. Hasil: Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap pencapaian
tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan terutama yang berkaitan dengan pilar pembangunan sosial dan
pembangunan ekonomi. Berbagai permasalahan seperti perekonomian, kemiskinan, ketersediaan
pangan, akses pelayanan kesehatan, pendidikan, kesetaraan gender, pembangunan energi bersih
dan terjangkau, pembangunan infrastruktur, dan kesenjangan sosial kembali bermunculan. Namun,
pandemi COVID-19 juga dapat menjadi kesempatan bagi pemerintah untuk melakukan
transformasi sistem kesehatan nasional. Kesimpulan: Langkah antisipatif harus terus dilakukan
sebagai upaya mitigasi atas terdampaknya sejumlah target tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan
akibat pandemi COVID-19.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has attacked all sectors of life. The health crisis quickly
turned into an economic crisis. Conditions like this are very risky for achieving sustainable
development in 2030. Methods: This article is a review by conducting a literature review of data
from WHO, the National Development Planning Agency, laws and regulations, and other scientific
articles related to the topics discussed. Results: The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant
impact on achieving sustainable development goals, especially those related to the pillars of social
and economic development. Various problems such as the economy, poverty, food availability,
access to health services, education, gender equality, affordable and clean energy development,
infrastructure development, and social inequality are emerging again. However, the COVID-19
pandemic can also be an opportunity for the government to transform the national health system.
Conclusion: Anticipatory steps must continue to be carried out as a mitigation effort for the impact
of several targets on sustainable development goals due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
