darah (sinusoidal) dengan kapsul fibroelastik
yang relatif halus.
 berbentuk ovoid, biasanya berwarna keunguan
 Ukuran dan bentuk sebesar kepalan tangan
 Letak lien di bagian LUQ Abdomen, atau
hipkondrium kiri, yg dilindungi costae inferior
