 DEFINISI MAKFROSISTEM
 Sistem lapisan terluar dari lingkungan anak sub sistem makrosistem.
 Terdiri daripada ideologi negara, pemerintah, tradisi, agama, hukum, adat istiadat,
budaya dan lain sebagainya. Berikan pengaruh pada perkembangan karakter anak.
 Menurut Berk, budaya yang dimaksudkan dalam sub-sistem ini adalah pola tingkah
laku, kepercayaan, dan semua produk dari sekelompok manusia yang diwariskan dari
generasi ke generasi.
MAKROSISTEM
 Melibatkan perkembangan individu yang
dipengaruhi oleh norma, nilai dan amalan
dalam sesebuah masyarakat.
 Melibatkan sistem persekitaran yang
abstrak.
 Sesetengah masyarakat memandang penting
terhadap perbezaan gender/jantina
(Santrock,2008)
 Tanggungjawab kaum lelaki lebih dominan
berbanding kaum perempuan.
 CTH : Kaum wanita tidak diberikan peluang
pendidikan yang sewajarnya kerana
bertanggapan bahawa tugas wanita hanya
sekadardidapur dan membantu suami/kaum
lelaki sahaja.
MAKROSISTEM
 Bronfenbrenner = makrosistem dikatakan
sebagai perkembangan individu yang
dipengaruhi oleh norma-norma kehidupan,
nilai dan amalan masyarakat. Disebabkan
oleh pengaruh ini, perkembangan kanak-
kanak juga akan terikut-ikut dengan
kepentingan dan keperluan masyarakat
sekeliling.
