3rd Pembentukan Tentara Kebangsaan sebagai Alat Keamanan Negara. Dalam rapat PPKI II
ini, diusulkan pula pembentukan tentara kebangsaan oleh Panitia Kecil. Usul ini
kemudian diterima secara bulat oleh anggota sidang. Urusan kepolisian oleh Panitia
Kecil dimasukkan ke dalam Departemen Luar Negeri. Untuk pelaksanaan pembentukan
tentara kebangsaan, Presiden Soekarno menunjuk Abdul Kadir, Kasmandimedjo, dan
Otto Iskandardinata.

Menetapkan Pembagian Wilayah RI Menjadi 8 Provinsi. Yaitu:
1) Sumatra, gubernur: Teuku Moh. Hasan
4th 2) Jawa Barat, gubernur: Sutarjo Kartohadikusumo
3) Jawa Tengah, gubernur: R. Panji Suroso
4) Jawa Timur, gubernur: R.M. Surjo
5) Sunda Kecil (Bali dan Nusa Tenggara), gubernur: Mr. I. gusti Ketut Pujo
6) Maluku, gubernur: Mr. J. Latuharhary
7) Sulawesi, gubernur: Dr. G.S.S.J. Sam Ratulangi
8) Borneo (Kalimantan), gubernur: Ir. Pangeran Mohammad Noor
Hasil Sidang Ketiga PPKI(22 Agustus 1945)
1. Pembentukan Komite Nasional
PPKI resmi membentuk KNIP pada 29 Agustus 1945 untuk pemilu di masa
mendatang.Fungsi KNIP adalah sebagai pusat dari Dewan Perwakilan
Rakyat (DPR).Saat awal terbentuk, jumlah anggota KNIP sebanyak 137
orang, terdiri dari golongan muda dan masyarakat Indonesia dan diketuai
Kasman Singodimedjo
2. Pembentukan Partai Nasional Indonesia
PNI dirancang untuk menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara yang adil,
makmur, dan berdaulat. Ketua dari PNI adalah Soekarno.Namun, PNI yang
direncanakan dijadikan Partai Tunggal Negara Indonesia harus dibatalkan
pada akhir Agustus 1945.Akibatnya, rancangan ini batal terlaksana.
3. Pembentukan Badan Keamanan Rakyat
Untuk menjaga keamanan Indonesia, PPKI membentuk Badan Keamanan
Rakyat (BKR) pada 22 Agustus 1945.Setelah BKR dibentuk, organisasi
lainnya seperti Heiho, Laskar Rakyat, dan PETA dibubarkan.

copy the end result and paste it into your presentation.
