untuk menyembuhkan HIV/AIDS, tapi ada obat
ARV dokter tetap
yang dapat menghambat virus dalam tubuh yaitu mengontrol jumlah
dengan terapi ARV (antiretroviral) yang bekerja virus yang terdapat
dengan cara menghilangkan unsur yang dalam sel CD4 untuk
dibutuhkan virus HIV untuk menggandakan diri menilai respon tubuh
dan mencegahnya menghancurkan sel CD4 (jenis pasien terhadap
sel darah putih) yang berperan untuk melawan pengobatan (3-6 bulan)
infeksi yang masuk dalam tubuh

Tujuan Terapi ARV
1. Menurunkan jumlah virus dalam darah sampai tidak terdeteksi dan mempertahankannya
2. Memperbaiki kualitas hidup
3. Mencegah infeksi oportunistik
4. Mencegah progresi penyakit
5 Mengurangi transmisi kepada yang lain

Namun, terapi ARV belum

bisa mengeradikasi virus
tersebut

Sejauh ini obat ARV yang digunakan untuk pengobatan HIV di
Indonesia sendiri ada 3 golongan utama,diantaranya :
1. NRTI (Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitor), seperti:
Zidovudin, Lamivudin, Abacavir, Tenofovir, Didanosine dan
Emtricitabine.
2. NNRTI (Non-Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitor ),
seperti: Evafirenz, Nevirapin dan Rilpivirin.
3. PI (Protease Inhibitor), seperti : Lopinavir/Ritonavir.

Pada bulan Juli 2018 WHO telah merekomendasikan dolutegravir yang

dapat digunakan untuk pengobatan HIV sebagai alternatif pada pasein
yang resisten atau tidak bisa menggunakan efavirenz. Dengan
demikian masuknya dolutegravir makin bertambahnya jenis golongan
ARV yang digunakan khususnya di Indonesia.

penghambat integrase atau Integrase
Inhibitor (INIs).

 TLD merupakan singkatan dari
Tenofovir, Lamivudin dan
Dolutegravir
 Merupakan sediaan Fixed Dose
Combination (FDC)/Kombinasi
Dosis Tetap (KDT)
 Dosis dalam satu sediaan terdiri
dari Tenofovir 300 mg,
Lamivudin 300 mg dan
Dolutegravir 50 mg
 Sediaan yang beredar di 9

LINI 1 : - Pasien yang baru menggunakan ARV
- Pasien yang telah menggunakan TLE namun alergi atau
mengalami efek samping yang membahayakan, kemudian pasien
ganti dengan TLD
LINI 2 : Pasien yang telah menggunakan TLE selama 6 bulan, setelah
dicek VL masih tinggi, kemudian pasien ganti dengan TLD

LINI 3 : Pasien yang telah menggunakan Truvada dan Aluvia (lini 3)

namun VL masih tinggi, pasien ganti TLD (bukan karena alergi)
