Siapkan 1 bakteri lactobacillus dan 1 liter susu UHT

Siapkan panci dan tuangkan susu nya

sebanyak 1 liter kemudian tambahkan
bakteri lactobacillus
Variables

Selanjutnya panaskan susu yang telah

dituangkan sampai suhu 90° sambil
diaduk secara merata

Saat suhu sudah 90° matikan kompor

dan dinginkan sampai kira-kira suhu
ruangan dan susu tetap diaduk secara
terus menerus
