Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) menjadi

penyebab KEMATIAN utama sebesar 36
juta (63%) dari seluruh kasus kematian yang
terjadi di seluruh dunia ,dimana sekitar 29
juta (80%) justru terjadi di negara yang
sedang berkembang (WHO,2010)

PENGERTIAN
• Adalah suatu penyakit menahun
yang ditandai dengan kadar
gula dalam darah yang melebihi
nilai normal.
• Kadar gula darah normal , Gula
darah sewaktu < 200mg/dl , dan
dula darah puasa , <120 mg/ dl
Tanda dan gejala
• Gejala klasik : banyak minum,
banyak makan banyak kencing
disertai penurunan berat badan
tanpa sebab yang jelas , seringkali
disertai gejala penyerta seperti
gatal-gatal , mengantuk, mata
kabur.

Merupakan Bentuk Peran serta masyarakat Pada Usia 15 – 59 tahun
dalam Upaya Preventif dan Promotif untuk
mendeteksi pengendalian dini factor resiko
PTM secara Terpadu

Darah, Pemeriksaan Gula Kesehatan
darah,Asam Urat dan Kolesterol
 POSYANDU REMAJA
Merupakan Salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber
daya Masyarakat( UKBM) yang di kelola dan diselengarakan
dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat termasuk remaja
dalam penyelenggaraan kesehatan, guna memberdayakan
masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan dalam memperoleh
pelayanan kesehatan bagi remaja untuk meningkatkan derajat
kesehatan dan keterampilan hidup sehat remaja.

Kegiatan terjun langsung dengan memanfaatkan metode

kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan oleh kelompok-kelompok di desa
seperti Sekaa Teruna Teruni (STT), PKK, paruman banjar, serta
berkolaborasi dengan jajaran STT dan perangkat Desa dalam
mengkoordinir kehadiran masyarakat pada kegiatan pelayanan
kesehatan tersebut
 RABIES

• Rabies tersebar di lebih dari 150 negara

• Lebih dari 55.000 orang meninggal karena
rabies setiap tahunnya, sebaiagn besar di
Asia dan Afrika
• 40 % dari orang yang digigit oleh hewan
penular rabies adalah anak di bawah 15
tahun
Apa Penyebab Rabies ?
● Rabies di sebabkan oleh Lyssavirus
dari keluarga Rhabdoviradae yang
terdapat dalam air liur hewan penular
rabies
● Bentuknya seperti peluru
● Ukurannya sangat kecil dan tidak bisa
di lihat oleh mata biasa

 Bagaimana Cara
Penularan Rabies ?
• Umumnya Rabies di tularkan melalui gigitan, cakaran dan

julatan pada kulit yang luka oleh hewan uyang terinfeksi rabies,

dimana virus rabies terdapat pada liur hewan tersebut

• Penularan juga terjadi Ketika bahan infeksius Spesimen air liur,

otak, urin dll kontak langsung dengan mukosa manusa atau luka

di kulit
• Penularan dari manusia ke manusia melalui gigitan mungkin

dapat terjadi, tapi belum pernah di laporkan

 Bagaimana Penanganan luka Gigitan?
• Cuci Luka gigitan secepatnya dengan
sabun/detergen pada air mengalir selama 15 menit
lalu di beri antiseptic seperti obat merah dan
sejenisnya

• Segera pergi ke Rabies Center (Puskesmas atau

Rumah sakit untuk dilakukan pencucian ulang dan
mendapatkan Vaksin Anti Rabies (VAR) dan Serum
Anti Rabies (SAR) sesuai indikasi

• Berikan Serum Anti Rabies (SAR) sesuai indikasi

penanganan luka gigitan sesegera mungkin setelah
terpapar hewan rabies, efektif dapat mencegah
timbulnya gejala dan kematian
Cara Penanganan Hewan Penular Rabies yang Menggigit
Manusia
Jika terjadi kasus gigitan hewan
penular rabies sedapat mungkin
hewan penular rabies tersebut di
tangkap dan diserahkan atau
dilaporkan kepada petugas
Kesehatan hewan di dinas yang
membidangi Kesehatan hewan
setempat untuk diobservasi /
diamati selama 14 hari
