APA ITU PAKU BANGSA?

Paku Bangsa adalah akronim dari Paguyuban Rakyat Kampung Basis Pinggiran Sungai; Paku Bangsa adalah organisasi yang didirikan sendiri oleh rakyat kampung di pinggiran sungai, berjuang dengan kekuatan anggotanya untuk membela kepentingan anggotanya; Paku Bangsa adalah organisasi dimana setiap warga miskin kota dapat bergabung untuk berjuang bersama-sama menghapus sebab-sebab kemiskinan; Paku Bangsa diorganisasikan dengan menghimpun anggotanya berdasarkan wilayah rantingnya (tingkat kampung) masing-masing. Paku Bangsa adalah organisasi massa (ormas/ perkumpulan); Apakah Paku Bangsa sebuah organisasi pemerintah? Bukan Apakah Paku Bangsa sebuah LSM? Bukan Apakah Paku Bangsa sebuah Yayasan? Bukan Apakah Paku Bangsa sebuah lembaga penyandang dana? Bukan Apakah Paku Bangsa sebuah partai? Bukan

MENGAPA PAKU BANGSA DIDIRIKAN?

Paku Bangsa didirikan karena negara tidak menjalankan kewajibannya secara sungguh-sungguh untuk mengatasi kemiskinan rakyatnya . Paku Bangsa tidak hendak menggantikan peranan negara melainkan hendak menuntut negara agar menjalankan kewajibannya. Sampai hari ini, program pemerintah hanya sebatas mengurangi dampak kemiskinan tetapi tidak memberantas akar sebab kemiskinan. Paku Bangsa didirikan karena kemiskinan tidak terjadi secara kebetulan atau menurut takdir. Tidak tiba-tiba kita bertempat tinggal di kampung pinggiran sungai. Kita menjadi miskin karena kita memang dibuat miskin. Konstitusi negara memerintahkan agar sumber-sumber penghidupan rakyat dipergunakan untuk sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan rakyat. Ternyata sumber-sumber itu hanya dikuasai oleh segelintir orang sementara mayoritas warga negara lainnya dibiarkan miskin. Sumber-sumber itu digunakan untuk menguntungkan kaum pemodal saja sehingga merugikan mereka yang hanya bisa menjual tenaga, ketrampilan atau keahlian. Jeratan rentenir, banyaknya pengangguran, seretnya usaha kecil, mahalnya biaya kesehatan dan sekolah, padatnya pemukiman miskin, dan seringnya penggusuran paksa adalah sebagian contoh betapa berkuasanya para pemilik modal. Kepemilikan tanah, sebagai basis modal ekonomi dan politik, hanya dikuasai oleh kalangan borjuis saja, dengan cara-caranya yang kotor dan tidak jujur, hanya demi foya-foya pribadi, dan tanpa kendali sosial politik sehingga makin memiskinkan rakyat. Paku Bangsa didirikan karena perubahan adalah pekerjaan massa (pekerjaan bersama dari banyak orang). Jika rakyat miskin bersatu maka mereka lebih kuat untuk mengubah nasibnya. Sejarah adalah buktinya. Proklamasi kemerdekaan Indonesia adalah hasil perjuangan revolusioner rakyat semesta. Rakyat Indonesia bukanlah bangsa pengemis. Meskipun bersenjata ala kadarnya, kita berhasil merebut kemerdekaan dengan kekuatan kita sendiri. Sebaliknya, sehebat apapun seseorang, ia tidak mungkin bisa mengubah nasib orang banyak hanya dengan kekuatannya sendiri. Rakyat miskin tidak

membutuhkan satu orang pun pahlawan yang membagi-bagikan harta-benda melainkan bersatunya tindakan dari seluruh rakyat miskin untuk hidup bahumembahu dan saling berbagi beban. Rakyat yang bertekad mengubah nasibnya harus bersatu dan terorganisir. Rakyat harus mendirikan dan memimpin organisasinya sendiri agar benar-benar berpihak pada kepentingan rakyat.

Nail Nation is an acronym of the Kampung Folk Paguyuban Riverbank Base; Nail Nation is an organization that was founded by the people of the kampong on the outskirts of river, fought with the strength to defend the interests of its members; Nail-shaped Nation of mass organizations (organizations/associations), not a Government Organization, not the NGOS, not the Foundation, not funders;

 Nail Nation is an organization of poor citizens who fought together to remove the causes of poverty. Paku Bangsa organizes its members based on the spool (kampong level); WHY THE NAIL WAS FOUNDED? Nail Nation was founded because the State does not exercise its obligations seriously to address the poverty of its people. The nation does not want to replace the nails the role of the State but rather to demand that countries run their obligations. To this day, the Government program addressing the impacts of poverty only limited but did not eradicate the causes of poverty. Nail Nation founded because poverty is not the case due to coincidence or destiny. Not all of a sudden we are residing in kampong riverbank. All there is reason, all there is.
