Perhitungan Unit cost dan Fixed Cost

Pada sebuah praktek dokter gigi diasumsikan dalam satu tahun didapatkan 1000
pasien. Hitung fixed cost dengan ketentuan:
1. Biaya pengurusan STR ke KKI Rp. 500.000,- (5 tahun)
2. Biaya perizinan ke PDGI dan Dinas Kesehatan Rp. 250.000,- (5
tahun)
3. Biaya sewa ruko untuk 1 tahun Rp. 10.000.000,4. Biaya renovasi untuk 5 tahun Rp. 10.000.000,5. Biaya alat medis (10%)
a. 1 Dental unit Rp. 30.000.000,- (10 tahun)
b. 1Set atal exo Rp. 3.000.000,- (10 tahun)
c. 1 Set alat konservasi treatment Rp. 5.000.000,- (10 tahun)
d. 1 Set alat periodontal treatment Rp. 1.000.000,- (10 tahun)
e. 1 Set alat orthodontic treatment Rp. 5.000.000,- (10 tahun)
f. 1 Sterilisator Rp. 2.000.000,- (10 tahun)
6. Biaya alat non medis (20%)
a. 1 Set AC Rp. 3.000.000,- (5 tahun)
b. 1 Set furniture untuk ruang tunggu Rp. 1.000.000,- (5 tahun)
c. 1 Televisi Rp. 1.000.000,- (5 tahun)
