STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR (MESIN SCANNER)

Fungsinya :

Hampir menyamai mesin fotokopi. Mesin fotokopi hasilnya dapat langsung dilihat
pada kertas sedangkan scanner hasilnya ditampilkan pada layar monitor komputer dahulu
kemudian baru dapat dirubah dan dimodifikasi sehingga tampilan dan hasilnya menjadi bagus
yang kemudian dapat disimpan sebagai file text, dokumen dan gambar.

Cara menggunakan :

Sebelum menjalankan mesin scanner, pastikan dahulu kabel scanner yang sudah
disediakan, terhubung antara mesin scanner dengan komputer melalui port USB, mempelajari
user manual scanner, menghidupkan komputer. Selain itu pastikan software driver untuk
scanner sudah terinstal. Penggunaan scanner pada dasarnya hampir sama dengan penggunaan
mesin photocopy. Namun hasilnya tidak langsung berupa hard copy melainkan view di layar
monitor. Cara penggunaan scanner lebih kepada cara menindai menggunakan scaner. Berikut
saya sampaikan cara menscan object.

1. Pastikan scaner dan komputer dalam kondisi nyala dan terhubung.

2. Persiapkan dokumen atau gambar yang akan discan.
3. Buka penutup scaner.
4. Letakkan dokumen atau gambar pada scaner kemudian tutup kembali scaner.
5. Pada komputer buka program pengolah foto. start menu-All Program-photoshop dan jika
menggunakan Microtek buka softeware Microtek scan wizard 5 (Start menu-All Program-
Microtek-Microtek scan wizard
6. Untuk sofware Microtek klik preview kemudian sesuaikan hasil scan.
7. Untuk photoshop klik file-import-Microtek. Jika menggunakan HP f380 All in one klik
file-import-F300 twain kemudian klik preview untuk melihat preview,sesuaikan hasil
scan.
8. untuk Microtek klik scan tunggu beberapa saat maka akan meminta informasi untuk
menyimpan.simpan hasil ditempat yang diinginkan.
9. Untuk photoshop ketika anda klik scan maka secara otomatis hasil akan tampil dilayar
photoshop. anda dapat melakukan edit untuk kemudian disimpan.
10. Proses scan slesai.

(MACHINE SCANNER)

Its function:

Almost matches the copier. The photocopier of the results can be directly viewed on paper
while the scanner results are displayed on the computer monitor screen and then can be
changed and modified so that the display and the results become good which can then be
stored as text files, documents and pictures.

How to use :

Before running the scanner engine, make sure the scanner cable is already provided, connect
between the scanner machine with the computer through the USB port, learn the user manual
scanner, turn on the computer. Also make sure the driver software for the scanner is installed.
The use of scanners is essentially similar to the use of photocopy machines. But the result is
not directly a hard copy but the view on the screen. How to use the scanner is more to how to
scan using a scaner. Here I say how to scan the object.

1. Make sure the scaner and computer are in a state of flame and connected.
2. Prepare documents or images to be scanned.
3. Open the scanner cover.
4. Place the document or image on the scaner then close the scaner.
5. On the computer open the photo processing program. start menu-All Program-
photoshop and if using Microtek open softeware Microtek scan wizard 5 (Start
menu-All Programs-Microtek-Microtek scan wizard
6. To Microtek software click preview then adjust the scan results.
7. For photoshop click file-import-Microtek. If using HP f380 All in one click file-
import-F300 twain then click preview to preview, adjust the scan result.
8. For Microtek click scan wait a while then will ask for information to save. Save
result in place desired.
9. For photoshop when you click scan then automatically the results will appear on
the screen photoshop. you can edit and save.
10. Scan process slesai.
