FRENEKTOMI Z-PLASTY

A. INDIKASI
- Terdapat hipertrofi frenulum dengan insersi rendah
- Terdapat diastema inter-insisiv
- Munculnya insisivus lateral tanpa menyebabkan diastema menghilang
- Rendahnya vestibulum

B. PROSEDUR
Armamentarium :
a. Hemostat
b. Scalpel blade no 15
c. Gauze sponges
d. 5-0 vicryl suture
e. Suture pliers
f. Scissors
g. Periodontal pack
Prosedur :
1. Anastesi lokal 2% lignocaine dengan 1:80000 infiltrasi pada daerah vestibulum lateral
kanan dan kiri, daerah palatinal pada area foramen insisivus
2. Desinfeksi dengan povidone iodine
3. Jepit frenulum dengan hemostat pada bagian terdalam vestibulum
4. Insisi dengan membentuk huruf Z dengan sudut 60o/30o/45o
5. Tepi insisi yang berbentuk z dijahit denan vicryl suture 5-0
6. Tutup dengan periodontal pack
7. Lepas jahitan 1 minggu post-operative
8. Follow up selama 1 bulan
 CASE REPORT

Keterangan
11 : Pre Operative attached type of frenal attachement
12: Incision given through the frenulum
13 : incision given both ends of the frenulum to obtain 2 triangular flaps
14 : flaps transposed across the midline sutured in the form of Z
15 : 1 month post-operative
