PENDAHULUAN

1. MAKSUD : Advisory Circular ini diterbitkan dalam rangka memberi


bimbingan dan membantu dalam standarisasi pembuatan
silabus dan kurikulum sekolah penerbang. Total jam ground
training adalah berbasis pada metode pembelajaran
konvensional (tutup buku). Jumlah jam dapat lebih rendah
apabila menggunakan metode yang lain (CBT, e-learning, self
study dan lain-lain).

2. ACUAN : Advisory Circular ini sifatnya hanya sebagai saran dan harus
digunakan sejalan dengan peraturan-peraturan berlaku yang
terkait..

3. AMANDEMEN : Amandemen Advisory Circular ini harus memperoleh


persetujuan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara

Lama Diklat : 248 Jam Pelajaran (Teori)


+ 31 hari

Peserta Diklat : 1. Minimal 17 tahun, kecuali bahwa private pilot license


dengan balon udara bebas atau rating glider hanya dapat
dikeluarkan untuk pemohon yang memenuhi syarat yang
setidaknya 16 tahun.
2. Memiliki moral yang baik
3. Mampu membaca, berbicara, dan mengerti bahasa Inggris

Deskripsi Singkat : Pelatihan yang memberikan peserta keterampilan di bidang


aeronautika serta memeberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman
untuk memenuhi persyaratan sertifikat Private Pilot dengan
Airplane kategori rating dan single-mesin.

Tujuan Diklat : Setelah mengikuti seluruh pembelajaran pada Diklat ini,peserta


diharapkan mampu menjelaskan dan menerapkan prosedur
terbang private pilot sesuai dengan aturan atau regulasi terkait
private pilot.

Persyaratan Pengajar : 1. Memiliki Sertifikat keinstrukturan

C. Silabus

Eligibility for enrollment of Private Pilot Certification Course:


1. A person must hold either a sport pilot licence, or student pilot licence before enrolling in the solo flight phase of the private pilot certification course:
2. Be at least 17 years of age, except that a private pilot licence with a free balloon or a glider rating only may be issued to a qualified applicant who is at
least 16 years of age;
3. Be able to read, speak, and understand the English language, or have such operating limitation placed on his pilot licence as are necessary for the safe
operation of aircraft, to be removed when he shows that he can read, speak, and understand the English language;
4. Hold at least a current second-class medical certificate issued under part 67 of the CASRs, or, in the case of a glider or free balloon rating, certify that he
has no known medical defect that makes him unable to pilot a glider or free balloon, as appropriate;
5. Pass a written test on the subject areas on which instruction is required by C A S R Part 141;
6. Pass an oral and flight test on procedures and maneuvers selected by a DGCA inspector or designated examiner to determine the applicant’s competency
in the flight operations on which instruction is required by the flight proficiency provision of Part 61.107;
7. Comply with the sections of CASR part 61 and 141 that apply to the rating he seeks.

C. Silabus
Eligibility for enrollment Commercial Pilot Licence:
A person must hold the following prior to enrolling in the flight portion of the commercial pilot certification course:
1. At least a private pilot licence;
2. Be at least 18 years of age;
3. Be able to read, speak, and understand the English language, or have such operating limitations placed on his pilot
licence as are necessary for safety, to be removed when he shows that he can read, speak, and understand the English
language;
4. Hold at least a valid first-class medical certificate issued under Part 67 of the CASRs;
5. Pass a written examination appropriate to the aircraft rating sought on the subject in which ground instruction is required
by Part 141
6. Pass an oral and flight test appropriate to the rating he seeks, covering items selected by the DGCA inspector or
designated examiner from those on which training is required by Part 61.127;
7. Comply with the CASR 141 and 61 which apply to the rating he seeks.

Instrument Rating Requirements


1. A person must hold at least a private pilot licence with an aircraft category and class rating appropriate to the
instrument rating for which the course applies prior to enrolling in the flight portion of the instrument rating course;
2. Be able to read, speak, and understand the English language;
3. Comply with the applicable requirements of CASR 141 and 61;
4. A total of 125 hours of pilot flight time, of which 50 hours are as pilot in command in cross-country flight in a powered
aircraft with other than a student pilot licence. Each cross-country flight must have a landing at a point more than 50
nautical miles from the original departure point.
