1. TUJUAN
Memberikan pedoman kepada semua karyawan tentang bagaimana cara pemasangan lifting lug dan
pengelasan lifting lug dengan benar dan aman.

2. RUANG LINGKUP
Prosedur ini berlaku untuk LIP Fabrication Shop.

3. APD yang DIPERLUKAN


APD Berikut harus dipakai pada saat melakukan tugas ini:

4. TINDAKAN PENCEGAHAN UMUM


4.1. Karyawan harus dalam kondisi fisik yang sehat..
4.2. Karyawan memiliki license welding 3G.

4.4. Yang boleh melakukan pengelasan lifting lugadalah orang yang sudah ditunjuk resmi oleh
pengawas area.
