Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Ex Post-Facto yang sifatnya korelasional bertujuan
untuk mengetahui mengenai ada atau tidak Pengaruh Komunikasi Pembelajaran dan
Pemanfaatan Media Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Ponre Kabupaten Bone. Variabel
bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan media, sedangkan
variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja guru SD. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan
guru SD di Kecamatan Ponre Kabupaten Bone yang tersebar di 21 SD yang berjumlah 161 guru,
sedangkan sampelnya adalah guru kelas yang tersebar di delapan sekolah yang berjumlah 61
guru. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan lembar instrumen berupa angket yang
dibagikan kepada masing-masing guru yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data
yaitu analisis kuantitatif, digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi pembelajaran dan
pemanfaatan media terhadap kinerja guru, menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hal ini
dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif Komunikasi Pembelajaran dan
Pemanfaatan Media Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Ponre Kabupaten Bone.
Abstract: This research is an Ex Post-Facto research which is correlational and aims to find out
whether or not there is a relationship between the perception of the role of parents and the use of
media on the learning motivation of elementary school students in Tanete Riattang Barat
District, Bone Regency. The independent variable in this study is the perception of the role of
parents and the use of media, while the dependent variable is the learning motivation of
elementary school students. The population in this study were all elementary school students in
Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency, which were spread over 14 elementary schools
totaling 3,480 students, while the sample was fifth grade students spread across six schools
totaling 185 students. The research data were obtained by providing an instrument sheet in the
form of a questionnaire which was distributed to each student who was the research sample. The
data analysis technique, namely quantitative analysis, was used to determine the relationship
between the perception of the role of parents and the use of media on students' learning
motivation, using multiple linear regression analysis. It can be concluded that there is a positive
relationship between the perception of the role of parents and the use of media on the learning
motivation of fifth grade elementary school students.
